Not only is it on be default, there's no way to turn it off. In addition, the decal shows above your opponents during the race, so you could be stuck behind a wang or something. Guess it gives you an additional incentive to stay in 1st place.;)
Also, the game makes no attempt to screen out offensive nicknames.
Not to mention that DVDs are far more universal than the so called "Universal Media Disc". You can use a DVD both on a big screen at home and in a portable player, but so far UMDs only work on the PSP, yet the still cost about the same. Go figure.
Thought about buying one until I realized it probably doesn't play gaplessly (and don't give me any of that "rip the CD into a single file" bullshit).
Why are there still so few portable players that play gaplessly? Is it just that most people are ignorant about gapless playback and thus it's not a selling point? Seems to me that a company could make a gapless player and then advertise the hell out of it.
I'm just glad that they ported Rockbox to my iriver H120. I know there're a lot of people who aren't as fortunate.
Looks like they finally have 400GB drives as an option. Of course, you could have put in a 400GB drive before, but you'd have to chuck the stock drive to fill the case to maximum capacity.
Even though it might have a bad name, there already is a 2 button + scroll wheel mouse that sort of looks like an Apple design. (okay, fine. I might have bought a mouse based on how it looks instead of how many buttons it has). There's also a Bluetooth version for people who want that.
So, it's not like I'm going to wait all year for Apple to come out with their own. Of course, if true, it is a major shift in how Apple does things, but who cares about that?;)
Aww, you called me a name. That hurt my feewings.
Anyway, let's see. Wario Land 3, Pokemon Crystal, Perfect Dark, Mario Tennis, the two Zelda Oracle games, and Metal Gear Solid good enough for starters?
Woohoo! Now I can lug a 30" display wherever I go!
They probably intended it for people who want to leave a big display at home, but what'd be the fun in that?
Discount? Don't you mean the regular price that was there before they jacked up the price for those who choose not to use the store's retnal scanners?
I think I'm going to cry now.
Unfortunately, it looks like they haven't been able to get audio playback to work on the iPod video yet.
As to the 8 track, there may not be gaps between songs, but what about gaps right in the middle of songs. How fun is that?
Ah, but what about non-OC'd Prescotts?
Welll, since it's most likely filled with pictures you took and not songs someone else owns the copyright for, Magic 8 ball says: "As I see it, yes."
Quick! What're tomorrow's lottery numbers?
Also, the game makes no attempt to screen out offensive nicknames.
Are there secret copyright operatives posted everywhere that check each alarm to see what you're copying?
The positive karma was fun while it lasted. Ah well.
They are.

W- What's a "Woman"?

...but isn't the HD only spin ~1% of the time? It has a 32MB cache, after all.
The $599 1.42Ghz/80GB mini never came with a superdrive. I've got one sitting right here.
Of course, the superdrive was available for both models as a $100 BTO option, same as it is now.
Suuure. Next you'll tell me that it probably isn't a good idea to unshell peanuts while sitting at my computer.

There were quite a few GB color games that weren't compatible with the original GB, so I would call that a forced upgrade.
Of course, the GBA also played GBC only games, but it was released 6 years later.
No 80GB model yet? But I want to store every piece of music ever created in my pocket!*

Quatra Pounder with Cheese?
I wish I had taken the blue pill.
Whew.
I was scared there for like, ten seconds.
Bah, I prefer the free dual 2.5Ghz G5s.

That keyboard's just way too close to the display. Who has arms that long?
