Does no one here that seems to be 'offended' notice todays date? *grin*
If you are reading most of the comments after the initial post, you wont see a ton of pink. Not that I am a pink person to start with, but I find this all quite humorous. Cheers.
Thats interesting to read, considering I just found out Im expecting last week. When I had my first, I wasnt sick for over a year or two, and it was never that bad.
lol thx
I have a friend back in AZ that has every nintendo game ever made, he swears that emulators are the bomb. Maybe one day when I have abit of free time I will check some out. Cheers.
I can understand that to a point. My son is currently living with his father on a (shall we say) stupid judgement). My ex games alot more than I do, he doesnt work, hes not good for alot, he goes to school PT and has refused to get a job, so hes a slacker. I will call my son randomly and ask what his dad is doing and he tells me 'computer', which really nothing has changed since I was pregnant with my son.:/ I will game every so offten, but I also have other things that need be done here, and dont consist of games on the PC or the PS2. Im sure there is more dust on the playstation than anywhere else in my home. I think you can even the time of gaming w/o taking away from things you need to do, otherwise, your a slacker.
you all just make a guild for FREAKS, that way, you, me, him, she, anyone can join & we all agree for some reason or another we are all might to be. Now STFU and go back to killing things. Thank you & have a nice day.:)
Soaps = drama.
Some hos are drama queens, and Im pretty sure from the statement above, QB would fit into the 'get away from me you filty ho' like myself.
When you watch a soap, more than likely, you have nothing else better going on in life. Thats sad. We all have/.:P
I have worked alot of night shifts, way too many. Sometimes it tends to catch up with me, and getting older now, I realize this. I still prefer (and do sleep better) during day light hours. In HS I finished all my work before classes end, rarely had homework, and if I did I would spend an hour tops when I got home to finish it.......then I went out and partied (alot). I seemed to manage thru HS just fine, even though on days off of school or my weekend if I didnt go out, I could consume about 14hrs of sleep. I once slept thru an entire weekend when the house was being remodeled and only woke to use the restroom, I think I may have been sick too.
For my last year in HS and the year following, I ran a self made business and worked out of the house, so I slept whenever I felt I needed it, however still being 'youthful & dumb', I partied alot.:) See where this is going yet? I started working night shifts shortly after 98 and for the most part, worked more nights than evening and even less days. A good bit of the time I spent in AZ (really bright sun) and tried to avoid it at all cost. Covered the windows, slept with eyepatches, etc. I still find myself sleeping better in the days, which sucks, maybe one day I will be 'normal'.
I dont party nearly *enough* as much as I did before, but Im getting older now too. I have went thru working 11hr night shifts to having an infant at the same time (and guess who was up when the baby was even on days off). Last night I managed to sleep from abit after midnight til right before 9am, until a damn bird woke me up that wants to nest in the shutters of our house, I need a bb gun, anyways. It takes sometime to get back into the norm of things, maybe I will maybe I wont. I dont wake well to alarms (music I can handle sometimes, the BUZZZZ thing no way), I still do better as a night hawk than a morning bird. Naps still help and Im not scared to admit that, naps are good, esp. lazy sunday naps when nothing good is on tv and you dont feel like gaming.:)
Aww damn, I miss my sega:(
Now I just want to go play some duckhunt.:D
Right now still playing abit of CSCZ & COD2, but I should install UT again.
PS2 still has Champions of Norrath in it, even though we beat 2, we had to go back and get the first one.
I still need to replace my skate games & ski games for PS2, and my Tekken and my need for speed.
O Santas gonna have a big list this year, I better be good.
I get the North/South deal you were going at. I was born in Baltimore MD (alots changed since I was last there), I floated around abit and now I am in SC. I think racism still sucks big ole monkey balls, and I deal with it from time to time, on all levels. At first I thought I was just going crazy. When I lived in MD, for awhile I lived in Baltimore City (majority black), in all other areas, I grew up in the 'richy' area, and afew times in the ghetto, I have no shame I will admit it hehe. When I moved to AZ it was less black, more mexican. When I moved here, I had my first taste of what its like when the shoe is on the other foot, I still have issues going to certain stores/etc but for the most part I deal with it. Its just really odd for me (since its never happened before) to deal with something of this nature.
As far as IT goes, both myself and fiance are geeks, and atleast in this area, I have never seen any non-white working in the feild. However back in AZ, I know quite a many that are non-white and are geekier than me & fiance combine.:)
except that I submitted a story about a 1/2 day before you had posted the same story by another person.
I used all the correct details to submit, but alass I was new and I was unable to post the url correctly (I just pasted it since I couldnt get the code to work), that kinda peeved me abit when I read the same exact story about 12 hours later. Otherwise, its a fine job you all are doing, minus of course the double posts that I sometimes catch.:D
I agree with everything you said. Unless I have known a person for over 5 years and more than likely its someone 'irl', I will not open anything from them. I have had this issue arise on a irc that myself and afew others use, and its always 'if its not on a site already, I dont need to see it'
I sit here and my fiance goes 'nethack was teh coolest game', alass I never played it, maybe thats where our age differance kicks in. But I do remember playing some other games with him....some damn mud game that I forget now.....now Ima haffta to play it dammit. See what you did/.:P
I have never myself had a problem, but Im sure my fiance can agree that many issues have arose....
A person I know in AZ uses Cox (Communications) and was telling me once that he received a disconnection from the ISP, when he called he was told they had received intel that his computer was sending faulty logs of hacks, after about 2 hours on the phone with the Cox rep, he had to been able to get a copy of the log file, then have to teach the rep what it really meant. No harm done, damn funny story though.
As I now reside in SC our ISP is Charter (we also have our landline with them), while not on a net issue call, a rep came here to hook up everything brand new for the phone system, I had to blog it, its too much to type here. Charter Sleeping
"I'd *much* rather see the federal government just back off and let the techies have motivation to produce technical fixes..."
Thats an awesome idea, I so second that motion!!
I can agree to a point, but Im pretty sure Aeon did it first:D
As well, most men prefer to go see a hot chick in that type of wear, seeing as not every down to earth wife would do so:)
When paypal screws win over, I am going to sit back and laugh, doesnt win know better than that?
I dont really like banks myself, but then again, my piggie bank stays at home with me, but still, I would never trust pp.
Thats already being planned out. Cats can become pregnant within months of giving birth (so she is now an inside cat). Although a cat can be spayed at any point, it is best to wait until the litter of kittens is weaned. The mammary glands and uterus will be much small then, making the spay easier and safer. Specifically, six to ten weeks after giving birth your cat can be spayed. This is her first and only litter, when we got her, she was not properly weaned from her mother, so we took into her being the 'baby', and now she has her own. Since the birth she has become abit more independant, so we hope all works out for the better, and the 'baby' can become an 'adult' cat soon enough.
hehe I told people I would poke holes in the boxes, but I dont think the postal service would like that this time of year.:) Their way cute though, and just need a home for the last one. The two dark ones are staying with us, and one gray is going to a cousin of the family, so if you were closer, or will be in the area in afew months, stop by and get em. http://pengi.org/pb/ They are 10 days old today, and before she was pregy the momma cat would allow our older male to beat her up, but now shes not taking any shit from him.
I dont have time for pets on my computer, I have a dog that needs train', an adult male cat thats bugging me right now to go outside running around the house meowing like hes bored, and another cat that just gave us early gifts (kittens) for Xmas, anyone want some kittens?
Im sure my reply will start another flame, but its something Im good at, I guess.:X
Typing in caps is really childish, we can read you know. If you can get a corp. to do anything, try it. More power to you, since most people know, corps. do what they want, not always what you want. I was born into a Catholic/Methodist home. I spent a good many years in the catholic church and I can honestly say I have never felt so neglected and upset when someone told me 'I might know God'. Growing up I spent many years watching people that I cared about just about go bankrupt for a faulty church, no matter what religion they 'said' they were. Not all were cath/meth, but a good many were. I grew up, researched alot, and Im sure the flaming will come, but heres the deal.
I dont believe in your God...
I dont believe we came from monkeys...
I dont believe we were made out of an atom...
I seem to be confident and content with my beliefs. I have no issues with anyone that believes something differant, I do not bicker or fight, or insult, I just am here and happy.
Maybe if you could back up your end of the post with some relevent links for others to read, there would be no bashing.
Thats probaly true. Too bad everyone fights and bickers over who's right and what really happened. Just be happy your here at all and try to live a little.

One that cleans itself & has enough outlets for our geek things, along with some good storage space!
