  1. Stop bitching about Microsoft "copying" Firefox on IE7 Bugs and Reviews · · Score: 0, Interesting

Firefox "copied" Opera. IE with XP Sp2 has had a pop up blocker in it for over a year now. Firefox has security issues the same as IE. The only difference is Firefox offers more customization options. Hop off the bandwagon and get your fingers out of your ass.

C'mon, how about customer service? Must we rely on computers to do everything?

I'm not quite sure this is a TERRORIST attack moreso than a hippy "peaceful protest" attack. Four seperate explosions, yet so little casualties...Perhaps the terrorists wanted to just make their presence heard...or they botched the job. I"m used to hearing a lot more casualties for terrorist bombings...something doesn't seem right here.

That is what I have a hard time understanding. You have these people who are bright individuals, yet they constantly fail to comprehend the logic of a computer. It's interesting to see how adults have a hard time with computers, yet children excel at using and understanding them.

I don't know about you, but computers are fairly simple to use out of the box nowadays. Plug it in, turn it on, point and click. Unless companies are still shipping DOS boxes to the massess.... I see more and more adults, kids and teenagers using computers than I ever have. So, it appears that computers are easy to use as long as the user has some sort of intelligence.

We switched because Cingular could not properly provide coverage for those people. Either their phones would not work at all or they would work half of the time. We've only been using the Cingular network for a few months and have already had three instances where an ENTIRE state had its data network go down for more than a day. That is totally unacceptable. On a side note, we have a lot of problems with Blackberries needing to be reset by taking the battery out. This happens quite often. Also, a lot of people are complaining you can't hear anything on the phones. First hand, I have found this to be true.

Typically, if you use the Blackberry, it doesn't last very long. I'm sure that's where the 10 hours comes from. I know from experience the batteries don't last very long when used...which is common sense.

Blackberries are utter crap to begin with. My company gave them to all of our sales reps and the phones have been nothing but trouble. Just a note to anyone who gets a Blackberry device, stay away from Cingular. We have had about 5-6 of our reps switch to Verizon because Cingular sucks at life.
