The French local police (are in fact centralized in France - one huge police force) - had roped off the street with yellow tape - has a special investigations van on site and were questioning the person responsibile for the bumper knock - at least 40 French police were there. A co-worker, I was with, turned to me and said: "we're lucky the are not smart".
Now we know that the CIA are not smart despite their gigantic budget and gigantic number of employees and "hired contract killers". We know they blew 9/11 - duh.... 30 people taking flying lessons and only learning to take off and not too land....duh. What's next?
No wonder there are so many conspiracy theories flying around (that I don't believe in).
Is Canada the last bastion for freedom on this planet! Eh?!? It's good to see Captain Cannuck (in his canoe) freeing the oppressed everywhere. I don't remember authorizing Google to store anything on myself.
So isn't it time - that a series of legal questions must be answered about the internet (at least). Perhaps the EFF needs to start - or have they? - or have others started?
1. If Google is making money off of me and you (or my/your info) in one way or another - how much money do they owe me/you?

How does one know when one's inner ear is receiving more than 85 decibels of sound pressure (the standard for office workers)? If the amplifier/buds increase the level by 10 decibels - from 85 decibels to 95 decibels - that means a 10 fold increase in sound pressure (that's 1000 % increase!!).
Naturally the iPod/Apple isn't the only one that should be sued - for example every night club, bar, concert venue needs to be sued as well - because more often than not - the sound level is in the 110 decibel range
By the way if one smokes cigarettes - one has an induced hearing loss to begin with - and will not notice that the sound level is high - but the damage to the inner ear continues anyway - and the hearing loss increases
