    people already change the stocks and receivers of their guns, you can buy them legally. there is a serial number on the barrel. by the way, people also change barrels legally, and so the serial number changes.

    do you imagine that forensics retrieves a bullet from a body, and says "oh, we need to find gun with serial number xxxxxx?" no, they don't. they look for a barrel that produces "matching" lands and grooves on bullet if from a rifled barrel firearm.

    existing law already covers the situation where someone's property is vandalized or stolen. "rights" is not a relevant question at all, it's just a machine. it can't feel pain or terror as even a small animal can.

    and don't forget the keyboard features like the multiple keystroke chords for things as simple as taking a screenshot. or having to hold down keyboard keys for some mousing options. I don't know why people harp about the MacOS UI, it's become bloated, crufty, and poorly planned. yes, I have to use a Mac every day at work. xfce4 or cinnamon on Linux is superior.

    nonsense, no one is going to intercept your VNC stream during the time you are helping your relatives. get real, no one at your ISP is snooping traffice from home looking for a VNC session to tamper with. have your relatives turn off the server when done. you are more likely to get struck by lightening.

    or entertain us by your laughingly improbable method by which you will intercept someone's VNC packets.

    As for Apophis, the pass of 9 January 2013 will tell us if future passes pose danger to earth, already the probability of the 2029 pass going through an imaginary "keyhole" area in space to ensure a 2036 collision is very, very small.

    my wife had a contraceptive insertion. one UID in the uterus, bam, protected for 7 years. no side effects, no hormonal changes, no wearing off until all the copper goes away. we get it done in her home country rather than the USA, the US makes it a $900 proceduer (for putting in less than a couple worth of plastic and copper) in a few minutes. Elsewhere on planet earth, it can be done for $70.

    minivans are far more useful from a masculine point of view than a sports car. I take out the seats and haul equipment and furniture with my minivan.
