  4. misconception of what "law" means in science on Move Over, Quantum Cryptography: Classical Physics Can Be Unbreakable Too · · Score: 1

Many "laws" in physics and chemistry are merely useful approximations or things that are usually but not always true. Take Ohm's Law, in a real world material current is not perfectly linearly dependant on potential, you get interesting curves instead, and some materials even have inverse relationship. Besides, the "laws" of physics are man-made attempts to model the behaviour of reality, and might be refined or replaced at a future date with something more useful or more accurate. Good scientists are more than happy to point this out, it is after all a big incentive to improve man's knowledge and abilities.

really there needs to be an inquisition and some executions of some of OUR people for high treason regarding 9/11. Obama shot off his mouth about a full inquiry, but of course didn't do jack as he a mega-corprate bitch just like bush/cheney

correct, it's on the airline to worry about whether their planes are taken over or fall out of the sky. it's on the passenger to choose an airline that makes them feel safe. Note most skyscrapers aren't cost reduced crap like the Twin Towers were, you run a plane into say the Sears Tower and you'll ruin a perfectly serviceable jet aircraft.
