now you blather about irrelevant points, topic is disk with windows on it and how to deal with it since default of most common linux distros may not be what is wanted.
your dentist must have injected too much novocaine, you are numb from the neck up
He's WRONG because the normal distro (e.g. linuxmint) install won't act correctly in that situation, requires advanced knowledge
just like YOU are wrong and ignorant. I am intimately familiar with installs of all major linux distros, bsd's and Unix that is x86-64 capable. Your informed point of view is not helpful
yes, I used to work in prototyping and I know the value. however, the typical hobbyist uses I see are needlessly complicated and horribly expensive alternatives to sane solutions. Like custom fitted grips for tools, there's a cheap, fast and very easy way to make one that fits your hand exactly....
some of us know how to build, configure, maintain and customize those measuring systems. we're not worried about our jobs, our salaries go ever upward. sucks to be the rest of you....
it needs a good squeeze and a more probable origin theory likely will become apparent. If it looks like a rubber duckie, squeaks like a rubber duckie....
You and that person are both wrong, it is difficult in many distros installs to do the correct thing for person unfamiliar with the process. In fact, we can go so far as to say people like you are a big part of the problem
In some cases that's true but adding little bits of molten or dissolved steel won't form as strong of an object as traditional methods. And good luck making a strong wooden object by additive methods, I think we call that carboard. We can mold glass much more cheaply than printing.
man are you confused. white people have invented new forms of slavery such as the corporate slave, the debt slave, the monopoly slave, the fascist police state slave. whitey rules!
No, those plastic squirting toys have little to do with how real things are made. There are serious 3D printers by the way that just don't deal in two types of plastic, and other ways of rapid prototyping besides traditional mills, lathes, etc. Those types of things have been around for decades and someone "looking to future" should be on that path and not the yoda head squirting path.
As far as WW III level of nuke ownership, that'd by WASPS in USA, the KGB affiliated mafia in Russia that has their guy in power (the three branches of government in Russia are three russian mafia), upper case Indians in India, etc.
Yes those 28 countries with 508 Million people have close to the GDP of the worlds single superpower with its 326 million people. That's nice. Maybe sum up the rest of the world's GDP while your at it and claim the non-US produces more than the US. Doesn't change things, U.S.A. is the pitcher and any other country or group of countries is the bitch.
Wrong, EU comprised of quite separate countries with sovereign governments, any one of which can be forced to leave by the others under certain conditions. Nothing like the articles of confederation at all.
defaults and recommended choices during install of many distros won't do that, will install "along side of windows", or favor an empty partition if it exists
so, best to nuke windows from orbit, it's the only way to be sure. Remember, every time an install of windows is killed, God gives a homeless kitten a good home. Please, think of the kittens.
Wrong, the couples having more than 2.1 children each aren't the ones who own the nukes. Those with declining population are the power and money grubbing scum who would start WW III
I've heard but have not confirmed it is also possible to 3D print a "fixie" bicycle, with a similar but longer procedure having the additional steps of *omitting the addition of*: levers, derailleurs, in some cases brakes to to the handful of plastic that the 3D printer emitted. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to make a sherman tank with my RepRap, only adding armor, turret, engine, transmission, brakes, tracks and wheels, switches, hydraulic pumps, pistons, and lines, levers, knobs, wires, generator, and guns to the brass name plate I'm Reppin'

(b) any act of voluntary participation in the operation of a ship or of an aircraft with knowledge of facts making it a pirate ship or aircraft; (c) any act of inciting or of intentionally facilitating an act described in subparagraph (a) or (b)

Hey I have shimano parts on my early 1980s 12 speed too. I've replaced various things a few times

no need to zero the whole drive, just the first 512 bytes
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdX bs=512 count=1
Like you didn't?
Do you have accounts on all those sites, you sound butt-hurt. Maybe you should tweet about it
people spy on each other and report their neighbor, police spy on everyone: Soviet Union, Nazi Germany etc.
USA is following a well worn path

No, guess again.
