    I've never watched the series, so I guess I can look at the game far more objectively than you. Also, the DBZ MUGEN characters SUCK, so this is the MUGEN of DBZ. Also, owning both, DBZ knocks the CRAP out of Street Fighter IV. Much more detailed and challenging fighting system. More gameplay, less oooh shiny.

    Retardball, eh? As if half the shit you may watch or play wouldn't be considered equally wasteful to another person. For example. FUCK YOUR STARCRAFT.

    If you pay for a CD on a console, anywhere from 4,000-8,000 or more cents, NOT including the instruments or additional stuff.

    And if that CD gets scratched, you just dropped another 4,000-8,000 cents to get it replaced.

    Versus a reliable solid-state device that isn't prone to scratching and can actually handle being stepped on a fair bit. Versus insanely fast seek times. Versus less bandwidth limitation due to moving parts. Versus absolute throughput.

    Yes? you were saying? There's a GOOD reason it costs more. Anybody remember the TurboGrafx 16? Games already were out in that format AGES ago. TINY. reliable. Fast and responsive.

    Optical came out and re-introduced us to the loading screen.

    What are you talking about? Every hotel I stayed at on my trip up and down the west coast and then out from CA to TN and back had free internet wifi AND ethernet jacks in lamps in the tables, and they're all different companies!

    Given the advances in solid-state media you'd think they'd have moved back to a cartridge format on a high-speed bus to absolutely kill loading times by now. Instead we're still going for easily-damaged and fairly slow optical media.

    Camfrog. When it was version 3.2, it was just a 4 meg download. Now it's version 5.3, it's nearly 11 megs, and there hasn't been much of any improvement at all. In fact, it runs WORSE, crashes mroe often, and the only thing they did was add the ability to put stupid eyes over your face and a few shiny UI improvements.

    Page's Law will cease to be a law when A. Software/code patents are invalidated and B. programmers, thus free from the nonsense of software/code patents, code as efficiently as possible.

    After all, some random programmers can make a fully 3D game in 64KB of code. Why can't 'professional' programmers do the same thing for their video chat programs, huh?

    If my experience with Turkish people on Camfrog is any indicator, their computer software would be better tuned to try recognizing 15,000 penises per second. It seems like every time those people get in front of a camera pants come off and cocks come out.

    Don't believe me go download Camfrog and enter most any room with a user count higher than 50.

    No, we take it more extreme than that.

    First, use your method for chain of responsibility.

    Then we charge their asses with treason for giving aid to the enemy by purposely interfering with our emergency resources in the name of greed, and THEN you tack on the murder charge if the guy did die.

    If anybody just tried arresting any of the Verizon reps involved in this on those charges, it would make headlines across the nation pretty quickly. the media would LOVE to latch onto a treason trial. Just the act of taking Verizon to court on such charges would be instant incentive for other businesses to act properly when the public interest must be served, and probably a lethal blow to Verizon.

    What YOU consider underpowered and what I consider underpowered are two totally different things.

    The way you speak, you seem like the gamer type. Sorry, but the majority of the world isn't a gamer/superHDvideo/200 instances of Photocrap running type. I know MANY businesses that still use Pentium 2 hardware and see no reason to move BECAUSE IT PERFORMS TO THEIR EXPECTATIONS. I still have a Celeron machine that I use purely for some old school gaming, it's a Win95OSR2 box. It still runs like a damned champ, and does EVERYTHING except hardcore gaming, some flash gaming, and HD video. It's productive enough for me that I still use it.

    *grumbles* frigging bleeding-edge 7-digits. Get off my lawn!
