  1. Re:No, worse. on Reboot To Get A Reboot · · Score: -1

I am a total fan of early 90s and 80s cartoons, that show was actually pretty badass for its time, like ReBoot some storylines definately did not patronize its viewers intelligence like they did later on after Disney took over ABC. Anything where a main character is shredding a guitar and makes a veiled Eddy Van Halen reference is cool in my book.

But seriously, I do have this chip and my computer is evil, therefore, it must be the chip! Not the fact I have 98 gigabytes of music porn and uhh porn.

Moller seems like a respectable guy but come on 40 years? It took the wright brothers no more then 5. Whatever happened to the claim it ran on gasoline? I doubt this particular aircraft will achieve benchmark sucess, but I think that theres a feasibility if a major corperation actively takes involvement in this field of engineering. But thats just my two cents. You may resume the cubicle grazing.

I always had the wild notion that if you grew a field of potato plants, wired the potatoes up you should have a good power source when your speaking in the tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands right? I always found that the best solutions can be found in nature, or nanoindustry. Titanium foil may prove to be usefull in some of the more high end specified jobs, such as Balloon (Stratelites) and Flashlights. (sarcasm) Also, would it not be feasible if a car had a solar power source to on the roof??!! I have always wondered why they didnt at least put a cheap one on top to help keep the car efficent with the AC in the summer instead of draining it from the battery, it would be great when the car is parked and the engine is off.

Unless your just planning on using spreadsheet and word I would see most sales in the near future going toward those who want the entire multimedia deal, I would use it as my computer of choice given the oppertunity to trick it out, and of course, run Suse 9.1. New battery technology will help make more then just this lameass product run for long periods, it will help fuel the convergence so I can make a call, organize my stocks and play Doom 3 while riding the A train at the same time. Good deal on the battery but the product its self just issint impressive enough to buy.
