    Flash's Stage 3D works on Windows with IE and almost works on OSX. WebGL works on any platform that can run Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc... That is not exactly wide spread.

    NASA is not the only thing in the U.S. that advances technology. Alternative fuels, and computer technology are others. Carter was that 1970's president that told Americans they need to focus on science, alternative fuels, computers, and math to compete in a future world.

    The space program was killed in the 70's because of the Vietnam war. Carter tried to return the U.S. to a space and science society but got caught up in the beginning of the newest form of war.

    RISC was always good at SMP. Back in the day, that was its biggest draw. If they had a 28nm process it would have been unprecedented news. What is really interesting about this chip, IMHO, is the embedded router. It brings to mind the MPC860.

    Good for him. He was getting rid of a menace to society, pirates. People that crack then post the content to the web in retaliation to DRM or just to show the public the content was all hype are not pirates. Lumping the two together is the reason they are having so much resistance. The fact that they are using the same funny math calculations to show damages in cases against people trading/sharing music is the real crime.

    Communication between QA and dev is a given. If it isn't, you have a major problem. Communication between QA and tech support should also be a constant. The best leaders of dev teams, IMHO, work from within tech support.
