    This all is possible thanks to 512×424 depth resolution period.
    Drop in latency is only due to new Xbox having more cores and bigger processing power.

    Doesnt look as hot as I had hoped. I was expecting 720p depth.

    You are right, they usually die of
    -electronic failure (power supply, rarely controller chip itself)
    -firmware bug triggered by ... wait for it .... flash memory wear (most likely firmware not being able to recognize damaged cell and insisting on using it).

    I remember this guy. I'v seen him ~6 years ago on Discovery channel boasting how lovely and wonderful patents are. He was some kind of inventor mentor advising young aspiring makers on how to monetize. His first advice was to Patent the shit out of everything. When they asked about his successful inventions he showed a bunch of useless (but patented) garbage and the radio. He was already kind of a joke back then.

    -Laggy non gradient detail POPUP: for when you just need to hide grass at a fixed level and look like 5 year old x360/PS3 game
    -Microshutter: Why display smooth animation if we can "optimize" code and squeeze few more frames at the cost of consistency.
    -Display fixed average fps: least useful number instead of a graph, we dont want to expose our shortcomings.

    According to some sources, the directions of the Russian meteor and DA14 are different, making the two events unlikely to be related.

    You may not have heard about it, but plenty of other people did when Tesla's stock price plummeted 2.5% moments after the review was uploaded to New York Times's website. The damage was immediate. In other words, Tesla lost $100 Million in capital in a matter of minutes because of the New York Times's review. That could be a devastating libel claim, but in the mean time, Tesla has to deal with $100 million fewer dollars.

    Tesla didnt lose shit. Stock exchange speculators did.

    I checked a short while ago. The original was back up again.

    Regardless of YouTube's motives, it was real dick move of them to pull this video. It does not violate their TOS in any way.

    There are no motives. Its all automated. Humans get paged(smsed/mailed/whatever) only when automated system pulls down "important" video (uploaded by YT partner, someone spending shitload of money on adsense, corporation or political figure). Key to working at Google is automation - if you can automate your job you get promoted.

    About Bill Gates throwing a fit in front of Sony because they refused to put his garbage software on their hardware. Also not that while Xbox is profitable for Microsoft, it is not considered profitable enough.

    It might be making profits now (as in bringing more than current expenses), but it still has a LONG (5? 6? billion dollars) to go.

    one tunnel, no open spaces, comparable to UT/Q3 when it comes to visuals. Can enable all the "Tegra 3 exclusive" effects on all other GPUs like Mali or Adreno with simple xml file edit.
