The same could be said of people like Pat Robertson, but no one ever hijacked an airplane or murdered children in a shopping mall because of Pat Robertson. Sure, people have done some diabolical things in the name of Christ. However, the crusades were a military operation bent on keeping evil invaders from the east out. When he asks tour groups "do you think that the holocaust could ever happen again?" they say no. Predicibly, they answer the same when he asks "do you think it could ever happen in the USA?"

First of all, I will agree taht policing the world is stupid. it is the same here in America. if I have already committed a crime, they have to keep their mouths shut. But if one is not telling the operator, merely using the opperator to tell someone else, that would make them an accessory or a conspiritor, i suspect. For instance, a client can tell his lawyer he did it and no biggie. However, if the lawyer passes notes to/from the guy's mob buddies, then he can be indicited as an accessory to the crime. i don't know if this is different or not.

No where do you have a constitutional right to privacy. While it is implied by the 9th and 10th amendments, it is not the same as "being secure in your person and property." People should stand up and take responsibility for themselves. Do I have things to hide? Yes. Is who I am one of them? No. We have freedom of speach so that we don't have to hide who we are when speaking out.
If the operator is, by law, required to facilitate the conversation, what happens if it is blatantly illegal, such as a terrorist plot, or a deal for kiddy porn or drugs? the operator is required to keep the conversation confidentail? It is not like there can't be deaf criminals. And besides, if these people are not even deaf, what is to say that the same thing can not be done by criminals or terrorists? is the opperator still required to facilitate the conversation and keep quiet? isn't that then like, being an accessory to the crime, maybe even conspiricy? If they call the police, then is that evidence or witness testimony inadmissible for breaking the confidentiality of the service?
There is usually a little wiggle room. Besides, people can talk about whatever the hell they want. I'm just going to post news. Anyway, i am hoping to draw out liberals in order to get them to rant and rave and show their true colours as being afraid of the truth.
While the USA (as well as any country that won independence from the "old world") was founded by terrorists, the countries of Europe were founded by brutal dictators (except Ireland; they really were founded by "terrorists"). It's all in how you look at it. That said, I'll go with the terrorists than the brutal dictators any day. Erin go Bragh and One Nation, Under God. Neither flag shall bow to any earthly king.

You mean like rap names? "50 cent" "p-diddy" "snoop doggy dog" "what the fuck."
it is the same here in America. if I have already committed a crime, they have to keep their mouths shut.

Neither flag shall bow to any earthly king.
i'll find you and kill you bitch! I'll kick you in the NUTS!! DIE!!!
