    Blood test require trained personal to administer and a warrant. It takes time (time=money) to get a warrant (the breath test is the probable cause).

    The problem is that people have to be properly trained to stick a suspect's fingers.

    The projectors my school uses seem to follow the razor business model. $20 projector, $50-70 nonstandard bulb. Unlikely that company would switch to something that lasts longer. Unless they move to a completely closed unit (no replacing the bulb/fan/power supply).

    To run wine on the PPC cpu. Emulate a x86 cpu, have an OS on it, install wine on that OS, run whatever Windows program you need.

    Could you run WINE inside a VM that emulated Linux/BSD on an x86 system? Or do VMs work differently than my current understanding.

    After that you can go back and get a warrant for anything you see that is in plain sight (if it is clearly visible).

    The local scrapping companies where I live have started putting their pile into a what is basically a dumpster on wheels. Every night they drive the truck(s) away.

    Real libertarians would tell you to start your own search engine that doesn't save information in order to compete with Google in a fair unregulated market, so that the competition forces Google to change.

    At my school the policy is, if you miss 6 days you fail, even if you have a doctor's note for all of them. You can get some excused at the end of the semester but it is hard.
