My take on the subject:
The ongoing debate here seems to have more to do with the definition of "organization" than the definition of "anarchy". I think everyone here (hopefully) will agree that by "anarchy" we mean "rulers, governments, and hierarchal social relationships are unnecessary and should be abolished" (from the Wikipedia quote).
When the parent said "anarchism is FOR organization," I'll venture to guess he meant that he was trying to say, "anarchism is FOR (a state of social harmony reached by abolishing the hierarchial structure backed by coercion and embracing a society based on mutual, voluntary agreements). It's an easy to misinterpret this as "anarchism is FOR (hierarchy)".
(parenthesized words above are of my own invention)
dammit...I accidentally modded you flamebait, posting to undo.
Yeah...sorry, but this offers pretty persuasive evidence that the "goddamned piece of paper" quote is bogus.
...perhaps, instead of "stop[ping] being human", we could consciously change what "being human" MEANS?

Maybe this is the God-like entity PKD encountered and he just got a couple of the letters wrong (or fudged them on purpose).
