So if you are rich in property that do not bring you lots of cash (Old castle), that may help you. So they are in the process of removing the shield and reducing the wealth tax.

People may start playing with their money so that they do some do not register as income but If you want to buy a plane, or a house or a cruise ship, you need some income.

Not sure if I will get an iPhone or not. I may use the iPad when I want internet everywhere and keep a cheap mobile phone for the phone part. Why risking loosing an expensive toy when I go to the swimming pool,... I can leave the iPad at home.

IT skills includes solving problems using IT knowledge and sometimes, some maths.
Solving problem is not a mathematical skill.
Math is a vast field. most of which is useless for any IT people.
For mostly anybody really. as most mathematical knowledge is in deep very specialized fields that only a few people used to make research. And that's true to all research domain nowadays.
Most fields use the math language and a subset of the research domaine. e.g. Linguistics will use statistics but not topology.
To develop algorithms, Yes, you will need math skills but that will not be sufficient. you will need also the knowledge of the dataset you want to process. You do not analyse Facebook data the same way as Afganistan images from UAVs or LHC events.
So you will have specialists that will tell you how the data need to be analysed. You as IT specialist will need the basic math skills to apply what they told you to.
Math is not sufficient in most cases. The best mathematician in the world will not be able to tell you how to simulate a galaxy or how to go from a diffraction pattern to the structure of a protein.
If it is these stuff that you want to code. CS is not the major you should have chosen.

Power of negotiation. They buy a lot of the stuff that producer has to sell. If a supermarket don't buy your product, they will buy someone else and their market share will increase and yours drop. If a little shop tried to make you reduce your price, you would just ignore him.
Same with health care. If the government decide that one drug is too expensive while the next one which has similar effect is cheaper, they can decide to push the prescription of the cheaper one. especially if they agree to reduce their price even more. Even if the first company offer better holiday package for doctors, the price of prescription will diminish.
Why do you think drug in the US are so much more expensive than in Europe?
Health insurance is easy for people in good health. Unfortunately, not everybody is so lucky.
