  1. new lower pricing model on U.S. Investigating Online Music Pricing · · Score: 4, Insightful

Do you think online music is priced fairly?

No, and here is my suggestion:

0.20 cents for each 128 kbps song
0.40 cents for each 256 kbps song
0.60 cents for each 320 kbps song
0.80 cents for each lossless song

The better the audio quality, the higher the price.

In a quote that could only be labeled short and sweet, AOL announced, 'Implementation of this timely and necessary safety and security measure for our members takes place in the next 30 days. Mark it on your calendars.'"

I tried to mark it down on my Calendar, but an infected file from my AOL spam disabled it.

Maybe people will want to check this chart before buying a new cell phone? Maybe not.

---The above statement really doesn't tell us anything IMHO.

The problem is that there is a potential to suddenly lose all of your work on a laptop, whereas if you had written it all down, you would still have instant access to it on paper.
I never had a laptop in college and just wrote everything down. Not only did it help me learn to listen to the instructor, but it also helped me to take better notes overall.
Laptops provide too many other features (IM, internet, email, games, etc.) that could potentially be very distracting to the average student.
