What about your mail, should it be made public (I doubt you want everyone knowing about your doll)?
Can your conversations be recorded in a car as long as you’re on a public road?
In all these cases the answer is no just because federal money is used does not mean that privacy is waived, and people have a right to protect that privacy. The copyright enforcement may not hold up since Apex is claiming that comments defamed them, they should be able to claim fair use because the original work was copied with the intent to criticize.

Throw in to the mix some elitism and a complete lack of ability to communicate without insulting an derogatory statements, and you've got a profile of a large percentage of current software developers.

I think I know your problem you keep hiring noobs right from college and are giving them large of tasks with little oversight. If your employees do not follow your direction then either you're and idiot because you don't know where you are going or you're an idiot because you don't know how to manage your personnel. There are many excellent developers you just have to properly interview candidates so you can weed out the morons there are idiots in every profession and the good managers know how to spot them. State and local taxes go to things like subsidizing public transportation where in all but a few major cities public transportation hemorrhages money. People would not mind taxes as much if they actually though the money was being put to good use, instead of spending money to reduce crime or repairing roads, city hall gets renovated or more bus routes are added with only a few people who use them, not to mention all the entitlement programs. As for CEOs pay it's a joke to think that paying somebody to make tough decisions that they will be held accountable for 100k a year is reasonable.
