I remember a while back when AOL did something similar. They just arbitrarily decided to block any mail from a server whose reverse lookup was a dsl host of some sort.
I have business class DSL and run my own server and was un able to e-mail anyone I knew on AOL for a short time. At that time I had a host who wouldn't reconfigure the reverse lookups.
However, working for a college, I understand the problems this will create. A lot of people out there have AOL accounts, either because they don't want to have to think while they are online or that is all they can get. Believe it or not, the latter does occur in some places, but it is fewer and farer between.
You'd have to use a 3rd party tool. You need the full version of Adobe to get the print functionality. You might get it as an add-on with another program, but that is generally an older release of distiller.
I don't save it. I print 2 copies. One to mail, the other for my records.
Now it would be nice if I could save it, and then I could avoid hard copies. I can technically do this on the on Win box I have as I have 6 Pro, but there is nothing on my desktop to do that.
It can be done, but it is not worth thier time to do it. We use a product at work for eForms that uses fillable PDFs to submit and can be repopulated.
Instant Messenger services change their protocols occasionally but they don't block 3rd party apps
Bullshit! Yahoo just did this very thing. They changed thier protocol in their new releasd that broke 3rd party apps. Yahoo, like others, do not publish protcol documentation or supply APIs, it is up to 3rd party programmers to reverse engineer it to get the 3rd party apps to work.
I had an Earthlink (Mindspring) dial-up account for quite a while.
I never gave out the address that was earthlink's (jester2@mindspring.com). However, I got tons of SPAM to that address. Seems earthlink is trying to play both sides of the fence. They want to lure customers with anti-spam feature, but they are still going to sell your address.

So I guess it is just all a FECAL matter.
Sorry, couldn't resist.
THE PAIN!!!
Yeah, then I wouldn't be able to do anything else. :P
Very cool indeed.
When I build up my new desktop system, I will definitely have to install this.

The full version is likely what allowed you to save it. I can save with 6.x at work, but it is not the reader, I have to full version.
Cool. At least they care a little. :)
Really? I'll have to check that out for the Win boxes I have. Too bad the GNU/Linux version is still 5.x.

I just use the fillable PDFs that are available on the web site.
someone should think about a coating or a treatment of the windshields. Then there is no interference with things in the cabin.

Yeah, but not everybody uses their cordless at distances signifigant enough from the base station to be affected in this manner.
I know I) plan on getting a 5.8GHz phone.
Also going to change some key links via dedicated bridges to 802.11a to avoid interferance by microwave ovens, neighbours' cordless phones and such.
I had no page under jester2, I used jester@wolfenet.com whiuch was my ISP before they sold the dial-ups to Earthlink.
I never used it period. I have pobox.com accounts I have used instead and my personally hosted server. The dial-up was a backup only.

Or for installing new windows in my home for that matter.
Doh!!!
Guess there is too much rum in the eggnog.
Left off a few zeros in my computation.
It isn't as bad as I had first posted. Only 48 days will be needed. (131 years is if it took 30 min to write 650 bytes.)
*hangs head in shame*
But, chew on this...
Can you imagine how long a burn would take. Fastest DVD-R is currently about 2.4x.
1.5 TB is equivelent to 2307692.31 650 MB CDs. With at ~2x (30min per 650 MB) is about 69230769.3 minutes or about 131.627 years.
I think we'll reach the MTBF long before we finish.
Um... Not exactly...

And why would you remove the heatsink???
*shakes head*
I had the 16t scheduled off fo months. My friend tried to get the 16th, but could only get the 17th off.
I work for a Community College that is on the K20 network.
We are forced to follow the State Acceptable Use Policy. Yes it is very difficult, if not impossible to get a change to it, but you live with it.
However, it gives us the ability to not only block via firewall, but to remove the offending software from the machines when found.
Now just imagine having many addresses (20+) that forward to the same mailbox. *shudder*
Actually is a quote from "The Usual Suspects", it is very likely to have been used numurous places.
After all, how long has it been since Hollywood has had an original idea?
