I got to the final disc of FF VII before realizing it was scratched in just a spot to scrap the entire game (this is many hours playtime).. Maybe if it was one CD I would've known sooner heh.. But yeah, other than that a killer scratch is going to end your game and it doesn't matter on what CD it occurs on.
He was also the creater of the less-successful, but still loved Transport Tycoon of the early 90s. He still does all his own coding, and employs a artist and a musician only. Not bad if you ask me..
After the devestation of Hurricane Andrew (I think, but I don't have time to look just right now), They took the highest point of the flooding in Toronto and turned everything below that point into protected park land. On the bright side, we now have an awful lot of (nice looking) parks.
Also Firefox has an extension enabling you to do all that tile jazz, splitscreening and quartering or whatever you like (via context menu). The only thing I have no idea about is reserving space. Never tried (and I never used it, so uninstalled the extension.. sorry no link).
Just FYI, but I run an Asus A7V8X-X on an ATi 9800 Pro, and have had similar problems as yours, but I've found that Ubuntu installs just fine every time, no reconfig.
Good luck getting ATi video drivers to work with 3d accel though.. I mean I've done it.. once..
Gmail also offers the 'conversation as a thread' feature you mentioned about google groups, and makes it invaluable when dealing with long strings of replies to the same topic. (Also hides previous message quotes by default).
So now you have to say 'yes' when that guy comes to purchase your land to build a mall, because it would be cheaper for them to pay off someone in the local government to announce the leftover lots as slated for destruction to 'improve the community'.
Thats probably a bit more cynical than reality, but it makes you wonder what will happen to the houses just outside a growing city.
Most people will just go out and buy a whole new computer with the operating system pre-installed though.
I use linux daily and enjoy it, but is it really ready for your standard mom-and-pop windows users anyways?

He's talking about the recent amount of spyware included in (probably pirated) downloads, not the actual clients.
Too much buzz not enough product. Someone mentioned it was an excellent product (but slow to update), but I've never actually seen anyone use it...
Any chance the movie will have a script that doesn't suck as bad as the latest seasons? I don't hold out too much hope..
Is that supposed to be a joke? The last sitcom that was worth watching was.... I don't even remember!
