Well, I wasn't saying that there is antisemitism in Estonia today but it's a fair guesstimate to say that there were some of those sentiments at that time. It was pretty widespread in Europe back then.
While I agree with you, there was (and still is) a lot of antisemitism in central/eastern Europe, or at least here in Poland. I bet most of collaboration with nazis came from genuine jew haters. It's easy to blame just some faceless nazi-machine but the truth is, a lot of people are guilty.
Russians were just another aggressive force during WWII, they've beaten nazis but were not a lot better, eastern Europe still remembers that Red Army troops were the mostly savages that raped, plundered and killed everything they saw. Of course there are exceptions but you can't blame, polish people for renaming Adolf Hitler Platz to the Slavic Frendship Square (example from my hometown) and removing other symbols of occupation, it's not illegal according to internetional law either. 30% of estonian population is not denied citizenship, AFAIK it's just that a lot of Russians didn't learn Estonian language even after living there for many years, they're not trying to be a part of this society.
Adium looks better but it doesn't have better interface. It took me ages to find how to disable spellcheck, I was pretty amazed with Adium at first but then it became irritating.
How many times did that happen to you? I've been using various computers for over 15 years and can't remember something like that ever happening to me. Being overprotective is counterproductive. Hitting a button unknowingly is rather hard, my desktop keyboard has quite noisy click and my notebook keyboard has Del key in the top-right corner, very far unless you're a natural-born pianist or something:)
If you deleted text from document there's always undo. If you deleted file there's always trash (unless USER told system that he REALLY wanted to delete file and used something like shift-delete). It's the OSX designed that's flawed IMO, it's too restricting. BTW, you're using a personal computer too, it seems Apple PC people never seem to understand that.
Right, sorry, I've mistaken Garageband's history with Logic Pro. Still, I doubt they'd develop such an app in just two years, at least without some previous products. It's damn good for amateur recording, if there was some serious tempo / time signature functionality it'd be near perfection. Sometimes I wish I had a Mac just for this one app:/
I don't know how many times I saw this discussion. Every time US citizens see this as a direct attack on their country. Every time there are links posted to examples that european companies are fined in the same way and that they comply to the terms of EU. Every time there are posters that think it's an attack on a free market. There's no such thing as free market in any country and I don't know if anybody knows any benefits of monopolies in any kind of market.
Radio Maryja, polish catholic radio with some extreme views on jews, EU etc (the same thing according to them;)) used fake RDS for traffic announcements (TA, TP) few years ago. Drivers with RDS-enabled car stereos usually have their radios set to switch to such broadcast automatically so they often had to turn this option off entirely. Radio Maryja doesn't do that anymore, at least here, but there was a time when this was serious problem, they get away with many illegal radio practices:/
How about SIPapps? The problem is that voice/video conferencing market is dominated by Skype (with their closed protocol) and most people won't make a move to a new platform.
It didn't help Mikhail Khodorkovsky, if Putin wants you dead, or make your life hell, he'll do it. Then he'll announce on TV that's he's doing fantastic job. We'll hear about Kasparov/Khodorkovsky here, but don't count on Putin's media.
Prague Spring, Polish People's Republic wasn't part of USSR either but we helped beating Czechoslovakia into submisission. Don't forget about Warsaw Pact and other means that Russia used or is using to make it's neighbours obedient, even today. I will be trolled into oblivion but whatever.
Why should you be worried? Oh, you might be using Windows... then yes. But then again you should be worried the moment you plug in the ethernet cable. BTW, it's safe to turn off Security Center service, just memorize "your computer might not be safe", SC sometimes is wrong and says you're OK.
Yup, it's a troll, but I just can't resist having fun at expense of Windows users:)
It was the first thing I complained about after seeing LotR... I hope Peter Jackson will repent his sins and make The Adventures of Tom Bombadil movie, I don't know how is he going to film poetry but that's his problem;)

GarageBand is a Mac-only application bought by Apple.
:/ Really.
Yup, because you will always satisfy everyone and everybody likes compromises. There are just people who won't STFU.
Sometimes I think that's the reason Enter key on numpad is easy to press with your thumb even when using a mouse :)
Apologies to you and other poster, it should have been "some United Statians". It's just that they're almost always first to post :)

That's a really big sample!

You can try Linux Mint, Ubuntu-based non-free distro.

I have new favourite proof of non-existence of god.
Some of the claims on the list are wrong, some of them are irrelevant, therefore God doesn't exist.
