    Everyone that has power lines would be eligible for this service once it is running, unlike DSL service where you must be in certain proximity to the source.

    that is correct the sun is up by 5:30 in the summer which is great for those of us that have to be at work by then. On the flip side what about winters in indiana? are you aware that it is nearly dark at 3:30pm in evansville? while the rest of the state is not dark until 4:30, how is that reasonable?

    In contrast I am thinking of pitching my movie idea for "The Paperboy" a young boy's quest to obtain 100% of the people that live on his street for his paper delivery route.

    It has all the features of a great movie, ghosts, tornados, people trying to run him over on his bike, some sweet jumps, and the spinny newspaper headline shot at the end of each week to tell you how he did.

    I have seen documentation for red light cameras that actually stated that if a car was detected in the intersection during a yellow light the device was to decrease the yellow time so that a picture could be taken right when the light turned red, thus increaseing the number of tickets the device could get issued. Since this was discovered the firm that actually implemented this feature had to fix all of the devices out of their pocket even though city officials asked for it

    All of the parties that are complaining are most likely just increasing sales, don't they know that the more people hear about a game being terrible (morally that is) the more it will sell? when a game is outlawed it is desired even more by those that are told they are not supposed to have it.

    BPL was started by Cinergy as early as last summer in target markets in OHIO, other power companies have also experimented with test markets.
