    Actually, in this case, the other company wasn't a troll. They had an actual selling product, and a growing business. Then worked with Microsoft for a time, then Microsoft copied the code, integrated it into /their/ product, and basically that was the end of the company.

    Familiar story, but these guys managed to fight back; again, they are not patent trolls.

    So - do you think Canada, Switzerland, France, Germany, Austria, Australia, and Britian, to name a few, are the equivalent to or worse than Hitler's Nazi Germany?

    Personally, I think you're just ignorant of both recent and long-term history. Fortunatly, that can be cured by education, if you're willing to make the effort. You seem ignorant of both Nazi history, as well as the histories of nations in general, especially those called 'socialist' by those who don't know what the word means.

    I understand that you believe the ideals you hold, but I don't think you've ever examined them. I hope you're willing to educate yourself, someday - you seem like an intelligent person, but you're missing quite a few (objective, verifiable) facts as to the reality of the world you life in.

    I guess you've never used an iPod Touch or an iPhone then, huh? Outside, under full sun - clearly visible, unless of course the glass itself is reflecting the sun directly into your eyes - which happens with many surfaces.

    If yes, then I don't mind it so much.

    Actually, I do mind it - fuck them for preemtively thinking me guilty. But if they /are/ charging me for something I am not guilty of, then I will feel zero guilt for getting my money's worth.
