I don't do brain surgery but I wouldn't suggest that just anyone could do it. As others have said it is because we can SEE that what managers do is often just follow the latest trends, buzzwords, etc.
As far as I am aware promises have little legal binding. There is always the worry that they will decide that some element "wasn't covered by the promise" and try to collect royalties, or sue for damages. Is it clear where the "open" libraries end and the "closed" operating system call start? (this is a genuine question; I don't know)
I hope I am wrong but this is probably more informative than troll. After all the have already objected to the HPV vaccine and prevent distribution of condoms in areas with high HIV rates. I suspect we will hear objections from the religious right.
Well, I suppose they had to use a Roman Catholic submarine if they wanted to lay cables under the Vatican. Seriously, it shows that if the protestant fundies get aggressive then the Pope is seriously tooled up and ready to take them on.
It works for Jehovahs Witnesses. Just replace the duct tape with high-strength contact adhesive. Its worth it to see the look of surprise and delight when you say "do come in" change to surprise then panic when they realise they can't. I then just shut the door and say "ah well, maybe another time".
What annoys me and other drivers is that cyclists will obey the law when it suits them. They show no hesitation on taking to the path to avoid red lights, CYCLING across pedestrian crossings, driving on the wrong side of the road or even the wrong way down one way streets (one one occasion without lights at night). The "you must give me three feet clearance" is forgotten as soon as they come up behind cars waiting at red lights, or see a 12-inch gap between lanes of moving traffic. Is it any surprise that a car driver is annoyed when a cyclist squeezes through a 12 inch gap to set off slowly in front when the lights change - then look annoyed when you overtake them again with only two feet clearance - despite the fact you are already at the centre line.
Cars always win...
No they don't. Sooner or later you have to stop at a traffic light, and if you behave like an asswipe and insist that "you get outta my way 'cause I'm bigger'n you", then you have some humility therapy due. Here, it's quite common for car drivers to find a boot through their side window and their faces smacked into the steering wheel. I've also seen them yanked out of their BMW 4WDs and kicked into a pulp by irate cyclists.
The problem is when you cycle on the driver might decide to give you a reverse lesson. This is definitely not recommended unless you can quickly turn down some path that is inaccessible to cars afterwards.
They might as well say that competitors games hit their sale so they should have a cut from competitors sales. I can't see any justification for this whatsoever.
That's irrelevant. I come from the UK too, and I the way things are going there is not enough difference to make it worthwhile them coming. They have more firewalls, but we have more listening, CCCTV cameras, numberplate recognition cameras, etc. The government can follow you here just as easily as in China.
Not to mention takeoff and landing acceleration are just a little above that of subway cars.
Not necessarily. It doesn't say what type of plain this is aimed at but some of the propeller driven planes used for short hops don't have very harsh acceleration or breaking. The turbulence on the other hand is worse.... they fly at lower altitude.
The only reason this might work is that it could get military funding. Of course nobody has "death ray" in mind when they come up with designs like this.....
They need water. (Hello California.) They need sunlight. You need a place to put them.
It sounded as though you were about to beak into song then...
I've given you sunshine
I've given you dirt
You've given me nothin'
But heartache and hurt!
I'm beggin' you sweetly
I'm down on my knees.
Oh please-
Grow for me.

Someone out there with a better idea ...
You mean I have to compete against innovation?!
... will raise a bunch of money, give it away for free, build scale and charge less to reach the audience ...
And my competitors can undercut me?! And it would be so different if you weren't in the for free market. Wouldn't it?
"Extreme Associates produced and distributed sexually degrading material that portrayed women in the most vile and depraved manner imaginable,"
I don't know about that. I've got a pretty good imagination.

I domt thimk sp (why do they make the letters on keyboards so blurry nowadays).
Hmmm, I wonder if this would work for liberals?

I wouldn't even mind if they offered a 30% discount and then scrapped the old game - as long as you have the choice of doing what you want with it.

iPhones Glow Pink
From what I hear about Apple fanboys this will be seen as an advantage.

Making something 'more accessible' doesn't necessarily make it better.
I said that when they paved over paradise and put up a parking lot.
Why do people still live there again?
1) What country do you live in?
2) would you be willing and able to take 1.3 billion refugees?
I wonder whether the US government will call for a bar on use of Sony within government.

But I decided to get myself a four-cheese pizza first.
iTouch...
Don't you dare or I'll slap the back of your hand.
Torchwood? They've coped with the cybermen before.

A question is would you rather walk through a thousand acres of forest or an acre covered with these high-tech porta-cabins?
