This is not a closed system. The card is like any other camera's card. You can use it on your home computer or any system that has a card reader. The wireless is 802.11b which allows access to ANY 802.11b wireless network.
If your face can't be made out in a photo it can legally be used. It applies to you as the subject or you in a crowd. As long as your face is not displayed or distinguishable, it's okay to use as long as the photographer gave permission to use it even though you know it's your body. IANAL though so check with one.

This is still a PPC chip. No changes to programs are necessary for them to run on it. The only change that will have to be made is if a software vendor decides to run in 64-bit mode which many don't have to do. Performance of the new chip is not dependent on whether the program runs at 32 or 64 bits. This is not a migration like moving from the 680x0 line of processors to the PPC which was an overall change in architecture.
The newer G4 machines have a VGA and a DVI connector. Each are capable of independent video. Apple sells a DVI-VGA display adapter for $19. (PN - M8754G/A) With it the single card can support two monitors.
