I have a good friend that works for Geek Squad. Your hired based on what you actually know. GS dosent have any actuall training for comptuer repair. So this guy who supposedly work for this company needs to know that every GS employee is different and may not perfectly diagnose a problem with a computer.
Shock that someone who apparently dosent know anything about MS Certs dosent know that there is an MCSA (Microsft Certified Systems Administrator). MCSA + 4 more certs = MCSE
Which should still be reflective. And thats not to say that it's completly frozen either. There could still be free-flowing water under the ice with life swimming around in it.

"Strangly reflective" eh? This could mean a large body of water or that the planet is mostly water (like Earth). Water = life
