I believe the FDA plays a part in determining dosage. As stated, eating 120mg of even strong marijuana will not cause an effect in most people. you cannot use that as evidence that marijuana has no effect on anyone!

Agreed. For a decent Ginko effect I'd say I steep around 2-3 /grams/ with green tea and a little lemon juice (to help the extraction). Eating 120mg of any natural non-purified substance will yeild little to no effect (some do, ie Datura). Eating 120mg of raw unroasted coffee beans would not do much, but 120mg of extracted caffeine would.

I don't really agree. many of the non-technical people I have dealt with are so afraid of trying anything new that they will deal with somthing even as extreme as this. If you cannot check your spam folder, I doubt you can set up another email account (as a son/ daughter probly set this one up for them). Why do you think AOL still has coustomers when you can get almost everything they offer for free elsewhere? because they got people hooked early on, when there was not many choices. Prehaps if enough people on hotmail hit the "this is not junk mail" button for your messages, it will whitelist you. but this may take many more emails then you are generating....

Agreed, I have been to many houses to do computer repairs only to find a few of the houshold computers conected to neighbors WAPs. XP automaticly connected because they were closer and had a stronger signal. the /average/ XP user really has no knowledge of Wifi boundrys. I had one client that had it in her head that wifi was free the whole world over, as her laptop would allways connect (she lived in the city, lots of open WAPs). I also helped a friend configure a WAP gateway at his shop (I just did hardware, don't ask me about the software :P) that would block a user based upon their MAC address if they went over a limited weekly bandwidth. This way he was able to provide a complimentry service to his coustomers, yet prevent people from using it as their main connection.

let me try to elaborate, if it was pad type encryption, done peoperly, there would be no way that the code could be broken. the only issue now is to get the code to the agent you need. with shortwave, your agent would need a receiver which may not be so covert. also, what if the agent is on the other side of the globe? I am not to familiar with shortwave, but I am fairly sure that the transmitter needs to have an huge (like mounted on a house huge) antenna to transmit large distances, that type of setup would not be anywhere near as portable as a laptop with a wifi card. the agent can easily use a laptop over some free wifi and hear the VOIP message, and if wearing headphones, arouse no suspicion. we also have to consider that this person is not so smart, and thinks that voip is secure. recently an ex-mafia member was convicted when his email encryption was cracked. the program he used was poorly made freeware, as he lacked the knowlege to use somthing like GPG. These people might also be small time, and not have the funds for shortwave comunication.

  11. hmmm.... on Numbers Stations Move From Shortwave To VoIP · · Score: 1

The code starts by identifying a group, could this be a use of a one time pad method of encryption ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One_time_pads )? that would also account for the insecure transmission, as even if it were intercepted, there would be no way to crack it. the only important thing is making it easily accessible.
