So yeah, most girls are going to be rightly pissed about that!"

Aren't you injecting you're views into his life? What if he started demanding you stop speaking to your friends other than hello/goodbye? Stop writing so much into it. He doesn't see that much in it which is insensitive and you're being oversensitive/overreacting, short version, you're both being selfish. If you don't tell him how you feel, don't beat-around-the-bush about it, you'll never get past it and he'll never know. You might be lucky and he'll be sensitive enough to notice later but I wouldn't count on it or him saying anything about it. Guys tend to accept point blank and not read into anything so stop playing word games and tell him bluntly what you think and why.
Like any of us, give him something more interesting and you won't have so many problems. Just remember, he's doing his thing and you're doing yours. We're creatures of habit, let him have a reason to change the habit.

This is unethical behavior that should be bordering on criminal at minimum. Unethical behavior is supposed to be discouraged, you make it sound like they should get a candy bar. Considering that civil/privacy rights are under attack from just about everywhere, maybe a strong reaction is whats needed to get something done.

And let's not forget that bush appointees including Greenspans successor, who are supposed to know what they are doing, were at the controls of this train for the last eight years that has now wrecked. The republican party had near overwhelming control of all three branches of government for more than six years and at least two branches were criminally negligent at the switches.

The post is meaningless without a real action to give it relevance so "could be charged" isn't meaningful. In school, innocent until proven guilty doesn't exist and it seems no where else either considering how public this has become. One thing the kid definitely has learned that doing the right thing sucks, says a lot about how screwed up the school system is doesn't it. Guess he's going to be home schooled from now on, probably better off too.

  15. He probably wanted to get paid for finding the fault and reporting it. Capitalism in the purest sense, shows the kid knows what's important in life. Calling it blackmail is the tightwads way out, funny when it's an individual it's blackmail, when it's a corporation it's business. This whole thing smells of a cop out. It's not like the whole thing is damning, a sensitive file with student access smells like the school is covering its ass, quite a common thing actually.

Maybe we should remove the tax exempt status from all of these politicking(parasites) churches/religions. With all the churches in the country being taxed the national debt would be gone in a year and for once the government would be doing the public a useful service of getting rid of greedy manipulative churches/religions as a business. Of course, that would basically get rid of all religions(yea!). Or maybe just get rid of all religion anyway and instantly evolve into "homo-intelligent and sensible".
