The Dreamcast still has 2 great sites supporting it - DreamCast Scene and the Homebrew and Emulation site DreamCast News. Even a few weeks ago a game released in Japan sold 10,000 which was exceedingly impressive for the commercially dead console, that game was Under Defeat a game much like Thunderblade.
Those Slashdotters amongst you and those curious should check out the following sites for the latest in Nintendo DS Emulation and Homebrew news and downloads
PDroms.com - Legal Rom Download and news site. Drunken Coders - DS Homebrew News Site. Nintendo DS Emulation News - Nintendo DS Emulation and Homebrew News and Downloads Site/Archive. DS Development Forums - The Hub of the DS Development Scene.
All those sites provide you with everything you need to know about the Nintendo DS and its Legal Homebrew Community.
As a Parent who worrys about bullying of my children, the last thing the video games industry should be releasing is a game that in any way portrays Bullying as cool. People die through being Bullied, lets not have this game in the UK or indeed any country, Grand Theft Auto was one thin but this game pushes the boundarys to much.
A big No No from me.
Theres another exploit here and thats the commercial exploit of the Homebrew scene by Content Holdings.com who brought the PSPhacker domain and when the japs released the hello world and early releases they repackaged the releases as their own and add to that the 3 dollars a month to remove ads that "premium" members pay and also the free psp (and we know thats a scam) site they have and not to mention the fact that if a release is on a site they consider a rival they either say they were emailed the release or another lie.
Well at least the site admins can collect more cash now thanks to Slashdot and others, why on earth they didnt link to the coders is beyond anyone but if you remember the BochsPSP news they linked to their own site then also.
If your looking for decent news sites for PSP then try http://www.maxconsole.net/http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/ or http://psp-archive.de/
Its a shame that Sony killed of any chance to try Homebrew On the PSP with the release of the new firmware. If only a manufacturer would embrace the fact that people like to see weird and wacky games ported to whatever console they have just brought.
There is such a thing as a Homebrew Web Browser

It was made to browse the 2ch BBS but its been edited and used to browse normal websites, its still a bit of a WIP as far as a fully featured Web Browser but anythings better than nothing, PSP Emulation News has it for download : http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/2chwebbrowser.shtml
Got to be honest i havent touched a game in months and i have 15 legit games, i just play emulators and homebrew software and follow the new releases posted on http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/ and http://psp-archive.de/
Just read over at http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/ that someone has posted news of a possible exploit of the new firmware, on the day sony release it in the USA.
PSPUpdates.com are a company who are ripping off the homebrew scene with loads of ads/popups and free psp pyramid schemes that are exploiting those who dont know what they are.
Please stop linking to them:(
Emunnoobs has a dossier on these crooks and PSP Emulation News would be a much more legit site to look and post PSP Scene news.

Talking of ports theres been a number of great emulators and homebrew released, in the last few days you have had a Vectrex Emulator, an Atari 2600 Emulator, a Spectrum Emulator and even a Homebrew Starwars gane released. Although i do wish for Red Alert 1/2 for the DS :)
