Yes, you can. The only issue is that when you are using the gmail interface to download mail from an external POP3 server, if you want the connection to be encrypted, your SSL certificate cannot be self-signed. This does not affect anything to do with using regular gmail with a regular POP3 client.

My little sister was on this list. Seems like an overreaction to fuck him over like this but it looks like she was pretty perturbed over this whole thing, reasonable I guess. I wouldn't say it was bullying but it definitely caused a lot of drama and people were really upset over it. It should probably be mentioned that this wasn't the first time he did something like this so the harsher penalties make a little more sense in that context. Then again, he's a black kid in a community controlled by whitevadulrs so I'm sure if he offended their little angels then he is gonna face some serious problems.

Sounds like a much more serious stubbornness and refusal to learn problem than a "my brain can't hack it" problem. That is why a CS degree was not for you, you lack the problem solving skills necessary to be an effective programmer. That's what calculus courses teach, the ability to solve real-world problems using math.

I have accounts with waffles.fm and what.cd and their top10s are almost always filled with non-major label releases. Maybe thepiratebay is a haven for major label listeners but that's because it's public and all of the people who don't spend time figuring out what non-major label music is good go there for their top40 hits. Waffles has a huge amount of music tracked and the data going through their torrents is huge... maybe not on the scale of torrents that thepiratebay is hosting but still significant.
