Try to find out how much is lost lawsuits, overtime, overruns, etc. its a fiasco, yet we will never know. Seattle has been hiding lawsuits from police deaths for awhile. I wonder how much New York pays for wrongful damages? Its outrageous that people say we need more taxes, when they cant even provide an accounting for the money is going in our budgets...

Oh bullshit. The police work for the majority, not the minority. This is the reason our constitution tries to protect our rights. We have had to fight the majority over slavery, domestic violence, interracial marriages, minority rights, gay rights, prohibition, etc.
So again, If I'm in a minority group, the police work against me. That means, the police are my enemy, and yes, that can even mean, a real physical threat to me.
The police work a horrible job, and their view becomes skewed over time, and if you get caught in a police interaction, it can mean your life.

BTW, Hell, I'd rather drive for 20 hours than fly. I can listen to my music, stop and eat. Look at the sights, oh, and use my phone, and my car never cancels my flight due to over booking, sits on the tarmac for 6 hours, 8 hour layovers, or has crying babies. Plus no rental cars needed when I get there. Road trips are so much better than flying.
Even with gas prices, its cheaper to fly sometimes. And my car seats are better than first class.

Obama was voted in to open up our government. He stated bills would exclude pork riders, bills with company backing would include a list of the companies making money off the bill, bills would sit on his desk for 5 days. His long list to open the government up was just election lies.
He is pushing this health care bill through with mandates, people are forced to buy insurance and a public option hardly anybody can qualify for. There are countries that have universal health care that works, our method isn't even close to a working model. All the talk that a bad bill is a good first step, so just shut up and go along with the crowd pisses me off. And if you say anything against it, you are a tea-bagger nut job. At least SNL can start to comment on the lack of progress in this presidents term.
There is a reason every insurance company and drug company wants the bill to pass, no price controls and all citizens must buy health care.

I've had wikipedia editors removed my articles using standard wiki excuses for deletion. I decided to see if the editors who deleted the articles where biased, so I checked on their pet articles and backgrounds. These editors would delete, even when I got votes to keep it in I requested to undelete. Anything that confronted their pet projects would be deleted. Also, they are members in clubs that conflict with the articles.
I've experienced the bigots on there, and if an editor has a vendetta, smaller articles will be deleted. The use this to promote their own views. Its not open when editors can use the rules to fight off any thing that conflicts with their personal beliefs.
Sucks, because articles can have pros/cons on subjects, but seems only new subjects can be added. You try to add a person who had their 15 minutes of fame from the 70's, and most editors where not even born yet. So of course its not a valid article, articles about south park are..
Wikipedia has censorship, bigot editors, and children running it. Its a sad state of affairs over there. But yet I keep trying to use it, even after dealing with these people.
I find if anything other than fact based articles are ok, if they concern people, ideas, or beliefs, its too liberal to be fair, and too feminist to be accurate.
Not saying I'm against that, but there are counter thoughts to modern feminism, and other issues. But only the popular view will be published on Wikipedia with these editors.
I have a co-worker who only needs 4 hours, He was actually studied in college for health issues, its amazing how much this guy can get done when only needs 4 hours sleep. Also beats the commute into work by coming in really early, while the rest of us are sleeping.

Patent disputes are usually handled in US District Court, meaning that the reason why the Eastern District of Texas has been so friendly to patent trolls is because an unusual number of federal judges in that district are unusually biased in favor of plaintiffs in patent disputes.
Laws cant be just when when multiple courts are biased and cant agree on the same topic. Its bad enough we have state and federal courts stomping all over each other, we have appeals courts overturning decisions all the time.
Its like rolling dice, doesn't seem to be any logic other than, who has the most money.

I like spotify, the option to listen to any song you want is really cool. But, the radio stations are weak, it doesnt play genre as well as pandora.
I'm stuck using imeem (good for popular music only), but I'd rather have pandora.
