There are many elements of modern day liberalism (supporting totalitarianism, Marxism, hating Christians, etc). If you meet any of these conditions, you're a liberal -- because there can be no compromise when it comes to supporting freedom and justice.

What idiots like you delusion to be "educated", sane people call "brainwashed". You think you're original, yet you support ideas that have been prove to fail or be injust many times over the course of history.

If you don't learn the material, you don't pass the test. You don't work, you don't get paid. It's very simple. Just because you're alive doesn't make you special.

If you want to give money to people to pay for their mistakes (and I personally know people who think people who work for money are a joke), that's your perogative. However, you have no right to steal money from everyone else just to make your Marxist dreams of an all powerful government come true.

Also, the game doesn't say that "it's ok to kill as long as you pray afterwards" -- merely that praying can help redeem you for sins (which, the Bible will tell you that also.....hell I'm fairly certain they have similar things in the Koran too).

I think you need to realize that games aren't (generally) supposed to reflect real life -- it's just a game. No one is saying "go do this in real life". Besides, think of how many killings are probably avoided because of killing in video games -- you get out stress by shooting people / things in a game instead of acting out your violent desires against a real person who's been begging for an ass kicking.

Yes, there are some good games (Sony has Final Fantasy, Xbox 360 has Gears of War), but so many games for those systems are merely ports of PC games that I can get to look much better on my computer than I can on a console. Nintendo may not have the most cutting edge graphics or the latest marketing ploy (blue-ray anyone?), but they have a higher percentage of quality games. That is why Nintendo is the better system -- because they know what real gamers want. This is exactly why I DON'T believe in the myth of macro-evolution because every time that people claim to have found "absolute proof" of some "missing link" it's been proven to be either 1) the "scientist" was an idiot or 2) it was a hoax. According to the theory there should've been countless unfit creatures that would've become extinct -- so how come no one's been able to find any of these fossils? I'll believe it once there is solid evidence to support it. I'm sure you'll claim I'm some "religious freak" for expecting FACTS proving one idea is superior than another before I change my mind, but that's not the case. I don't know how things came about and I honestly couldn't care. Religious groups say that God / Allah / The Giant Spaghetti Monster made everything -- yet they can't prove it. Pesudoscientist groups and their "I want to be trendy" / "I'll believe whatever I'm told to without trying to find the truth" followers say that everything happend to evolve from this one organism (which they have no logical explanation for how that first one came about) -- yet they can't find any evidence to support it, just hypothetical "Well I can't figure it out so here's my guess" situations that they claim to be facts. As soon as someone can provide solid evidence, then I'll believe that. Also, I love how anyone who actually forms their opinions based on facts and observations gets modded down on slashdot, while those who just blindly follow whatever the marxist establishment tells them to get modded insightful. It doesn't matter if it's Bill Gates, George Bush (who I despise), or anything else. I don't even have a problem believing in macro-evolution if they ever come up with real evidence for it.
