    Everything you eat is already bad for you. There's only one way out: stop the madness now! Don't eat another bite. Every time you put food in your mouth, you'll just have to do it again. If you stop now, eventually you'll stop eating all together.

    Been a while since you graced one of my posts!

    In extreme excess like that, sure soy will have me growing man-baps (moobs!). Two cups of soy milk a day aren't going to do that to me.

    Soy is *not* the end-all, be all product. It's good stuff, but I get my protein from meat. Not so much red meat these days, but a lot of fish and chicken. Especially chicken. I hate chickens! I'd eat every one of them if I could.

    Hippy? Hardly. I'm not even a vegetarian. I just wolfed down a burger before reading the posts here. I am, however, lactose intolerant, like 75% of the world is.

    Aw, come on, this isn't a troll. Technically, I *did* get first post. And my first comment is true! I don't have $300. If anything it should be rated offtopic, or overrated.

    Here's something on topic-ish: have a friend who did something similar, but instead of using a LCD monitor (which is an interesting hack) used one of those LCD overlays. Displays only @ 640x480, but that's a fine resolution for just watching TV and movies. Total cost was ~$75, including the projector.
