But Firefox will find it difficult to move into the double digits of market share, and retain those numbers. "It's hard to get there," said Johnston. "To do it, Firefox has to go mainstream."
It's time firefox is also bundled in the new PC's/laptops which are sold out there into the market.
100$ is still very high for poor families. I'm curious who will dish out the dough! But it is indeed a massive endeavour, it's gonna bring lot's of engaging minds together!
"Google and NASA share a common desire--to bring a universe of information to people around the world," said Eric Schmidt, Google chief executive officer. "Imagine having a wide selection of images from the Apollo space mission at your fingertips whenever you want it. That's just one small example of how this collaboration could help broaden technology's role in making the world a better place."
So I guess that's the next Google venture. Good thing is that they're supporting the ailing yet very crucial organisation like NASA. good job fellas!
that Google will come out with it's Online GoogleOffice Suite here and eventually a Web Deployable OS with unstructured XML DB will soon be reality.
Like I say, People will make lot's of Software, it's the impeccable timing of Google, that will make their products shine, be it Office products or others.
A good Linux Sys Admin. Just one was enough! He'd have adone all the work for you in

And please don't tell me Windows is better option, Sure if you don't know what you *really* want from your deployment, then go for windows, there it fits perfectly fine. Just click next and all is done.NOT!... Look at all the *openness* that makes it a ready target to all kinds of breaches (So is Linux BUT it can be secured with more intelligence than on Windows level).

Red Hat recently announced that GFS is now supported by Oracle for use with Real Application Cluster database configurations, and has been certified for use with EMC's Clariion networked storage systems, and Celerra iSCSI network attached storage systems, as well as Network Appliance's SAN interfaces
BTW HP has been offering RAC on RHEL already for a long time now. Althoug hte GFS will certainly avoid the need of running the HP clsuterware(I hope) tool.
And that applies to Linux as well.
Yet another example of why you should have an up to date antivirus solution, and scan EVERYTHING you download, without exception.
This is what we ought to teach end users to practice and also system Admins need to follow advice on this.
Understand SELinux, Firewalling and virus detection is crucial.
Think about more of the new features...
o It'll need more time to load the Drivers. (remember the problems wiht Acrobat 6, which they solved in 7)
o It'll crash more often than before, another plugin too much
o You'll need a very heavy set PC, min 1G ram
