Corn prices are at record highs. Have been high for awhile. Since the Title I of the US Farm Bill (2008) the corn prices have skyrocketed. I don't see the basis for your analogy.
Actually it isn't different. Cell phone pics are taken inside businesses with regularity. Bars, Clubs, Restaurants. How do they differ from Retail stores? You are in public with no expectations of privacy. The law will not protect you.
As a photographers I disagree with nearly every point. As much as it pains me to side with the paparazzi, they have the right to take your picture in public. I challenge you to site the specific statue being violated by taking your picture inside a public accessible business.
It is legal to take your picture inside a public business without your knowledge. See security camera's in nearly every business. It is legal to take pictures of the public without knowledge and no expectation of privacy by a private 3rd party. Why is this an issue at all? Seems like a huge waste of resources to me.
Forget the subway. I work for a Class 1 railroad. We haul 19,000 ton coal trains up and down hills all day long. We have four 4,400 HP motors in full dynamics down every hill. We dissipate the generated electrical power as heat in brake grid resistors. What if we had a way to release that tremendous electrical output into the grid?
Thousands of trains a day all over the country do this.
I have been using encrypted Backblaze $5/mo backup for my home system for a few months now. I think in the end it will save me way more money on the bottom line then a dedicated system that will periodically need updated and maintained. It is uses 2048-bit RSA public/private key system that makes me feel warm and fuzzy. For the first time I feel pretty good about my backup of all my family photos and movies. http://www.backblaze.com/
Every June in Florida the local news is full of reports by experts that this year would be the worst hurricane season on record. After 7 years of hearing the same stuff I started to tune it out.
you have 12 seemingly identical balls, but one of them is odd, in that it is lighter or heavier than the others.
Using a pair of scales, determine, in three weighings, which ball is the odd one and whether it is lighter or heavier.

Destroyed a perfectly good Saturday trying to figure this one out
Why the January cut off date? Verizon continued to sell these V710 phones up until the new Motorola E815 rolled out recently. I purchased to V710's in August in fact without knowing about the limited functionality.

An owner of course has the right to make you leave. What he can't do is press charges for taking pictures.
