  1. Ram on Processor Upgrades And SCSI Woes · · Score: 1

Three things I would suspect. How good is the ram is it really good name brand 8ns or cheap 10ns crap. Second how good is your heat sink and fan? Third I suppect the via chipset, every via I have had has gave me greif and ever board with a via chipset I have sold in my shop has been returned within 2 weeks. Also you could have a bad cpu unlikely, also as the guy in another post said check your voltage. If nothing else chunk it and go Intel, I used to be Mr AMD, but lately I have nothing but trouble with them, I will not even thouch a computer if it has a Atlon.

That is not the excate quote but then again I can find the book. Moveing sucks you loose everything.

Simple, you have your lackey go put in the document. Seriously most network scanners have a Automatic Document Feeder, so you put in a stack of pages go back hit scan let it scan all 100 pages or so. Also it is cheaper to buy 1 really good high end scanner with a ADF and network it than to buy 20 cheap scanners.

I agree with you 100%, but I feel this also needs to be added. Guns are not the only projectile weopons, and it is very easy to build them. Every person is tought in school how to build to projectile weopons. When I was in high school me and on one of my friends built projectile devices(never once was it used as a weopon) just to see how fast or far we could get a projecttile to go. By the way I got a paintball to go 1/4 of a mile :) Also anything can be used as a weapon it is how you use it.

I see your point, but the problem is not with kids or tv or games or even guns it is with the PARENTS. As soon I was old enough to hold a gun my father thought me gun saftey and how to properly use a firearm. He also thought me that are only 2 times you point a gun at a liveing creature, Self defence or food, and each of those times I better have the intention of killing it and faceing the conquences(You little pussies that kill your self). Also if I ever killed someone and it was not in self defence the last person I would want to see is my father because I would get my ass beat until the world ended. The population of the US aprox 274,943,494 people. Now I know this is knowing to piss off a lot of bleeding hearts out there but the lives of 6 or 12 or 100 or 2000 or 10,000are worth the freedom of 275 million. I know my life is not worth the freedom of 275 million.

Removeable, more stock resient(sp?) than a hard drive, in fact I dont think that shock unless very big would matter to tape. Plus if something happens to it your are out of $15 tape not $150 flash card. I myself am working (in my nonexisent free time) on a mp3 player that uses a dat drive (I have about 300 2 gig dat tapes that I can get for free) Tape is slow but with a good amount of memory you can buffer several songs in a row. Tape drives do have a tendenisy yo be noisy, so it would not work well for hand help units but would work great for car mounted units and console units.
