Some of the mass required to build a water prospecting system and elemental mining separation system, can be constructed from the elements that constitute the moon's surface, this lowers the payload costs substantially much of the moon's surface consists of aluminium and oxygen.
Wow, so instead of sending a storage tank, you are instead proposing to send an entire mining facility, a facility to produce raw aluminum, and then a facility to process that aluminum into tanks?
Granted the mining facility would be necessary for the production of the fuel, but mining water is much different than mining aluminum ore.
What NASA should be doing is creating rocket fuel on the moon, there is lots of water on the moon, use solar energy to split water into hydrogen and oxygen,
I think you may want to put more thought into that portion. It will not be that easy, first you need to get all that equipment set up on the moon, and make sure it remains functional. Transporting the fuel tanks needed alone would be an en-devour greater than the Apollo missions. To make sure it remains functional you'll need to have a manned base which would make the amount of money we spent on the ISS to appear to be pocket change.
A more practical way would be to not go down any unnecessary gravity wells by building in LEO and powering the craft with ion drives.
Much like an advertising campaign, spamming does not have to be profitable to those who employ spam. It only has to be profitable to the organization that is being paid to spam.
The only people who have to buy anything are the people who buy the spamming service.

So they are relying on my neighbors Wi-Fi signal to figure out where I am?
That sounds pretty dumb. Besides that afaik that is already done with cell phone tower triangulation. Private hotspots sounds like too much of a variable to me.
Besides, how many Wi-Fi capable devices are out there that have a GPS function but no GPS?
I know my last phone did that, but it was kinda old, it got it's location from the cell phone towers.
Why should I be forced into an EV, which takes a month and a half to hit 60mph?
Yes, of course, cause after all the Tesla is a slug and in the next 14 years or so there will be no other sporty EV's cause all EV's suck right?
I have voiced this before, but what about those of us who have, enjoy, and can afford vehicles that don't get great fuel econ, go fast as hell, and are generally fun to drive?
Much like horses ICE's will continue to be used for sport purposes even after they are no longer the primary mode of travel.
Funny I don't picture the average Texan to be overweight.
Then again I do live in Texas so reality might be effecting my perceptions.
I always figured from their commercials that they were probably a scam.
Seeing them here spamming the shit out of their shitty product it is obvious that it is indeed a scam.
Thanks for confirming your product is a piece of shit.
The G2 is also a fairly crap free phone. I've only come across two apps I can't uninstall that I want to uninstall.
Texts will almost always go though. They will go though when the phone lines are jammed and the data connections are flooded.

It descends on a parachute, I'm sure they even have a back up for that.
Actually you might want to re-read that.
The Tampa Police are taking credit for the investigation and the arrest. The only mention of FBI in the story was the reference to the FB post.
If the FBI was investigating him, why was it the Tampa Police who arrested him and took credit?
How about "infected_node_347*1" ?

Time Warner did cut off a co-worker of mine when their computer got infected.
Or as they put it in TFA.

It seems to be a new form of trolling, pasting in a story that has no relation to the topic and see how many pick it up.
Sometimes the trolls are better than the stories.
I thought the lottery was for those who were bad at math?
They get that via IP address.

Ok, why does Google, Microsoft, and others map out Wi-Fi locations?
I'm at a loss here, it's not like they are only mapping out public Wi-Fi.
They are screwing you because cars will be more expensive but you'll pay less for fuel.
Your fear is unrealistic.
How in the hell would they fit all the required safety features into a car that weighs under 2000lbs?
As long as they mount the batteries over the wheels they should get some pretty good traction.
A more realistic concern is that batteries hate the cold.

Would have to be a rather old car, modern emission systems don't put out enough carbon monoxide to kill you.
You know what is really great about Android?
It is distributed in so many different ways that you can talk all the shit you want about it since it is probably true about at least one handset.
Then again, it also means you are wrong about all the others.
Are you sure you want to use pirated software or software from a non-official source for your banking purposes?
That sounds unwise.
Of course he does, I'm sure he would troll in a completely different way on Digg.
