but configure FTP server to check and make files available for a $88,000,202,038,484+%20tax proprietary software only (available via MS, free to faculty only) and try to upload rootkits to other requests...
The Royal Society does not condone free exchange of information...
In other news, Microsoft said they won't open the source of Windows XP under GPL...
Nothing to see here... Move along!
...and you'll learn how to use linux for sure... and hate it... than come back to it... hate it some more... than learn how to love it... isn't hate a form of love already?...
tell your hardware manufacturers to start supporting linux, and your hibernate will run once linux community gets the proper drivers & develops hibernation. linux is made not to reboot...
shame on these people... Sony cracks people's computers -> RIAA issues comment saying it loves that. What's next? will RIAA sue F-Prot for copyright infringement bc. they say in their site that Sony rootkit is malicious?
this is getting more ridiculous everyday
will joe gonna be afraid to buy legal copies because they crack computers?
I haven't programmed anything significant since MajorBBS mods in C over 15 years ago
well, it seems it's time for you to write some serious code now:
I know -- that's what the OS is supposed to do, but it fails. Yet do MOST applications really need the extreme features we have in customization (different video cards, hard drive controllers, network interfaces, etc)? Or would MOST applications run just fine (on high end processors) if they can say "Write pixel at X,Y" or "send data chunk to IP address" or "Write this data to this store" etc?
No address, no contacts, no email, no phone. Are you going to deny someone travel because they can't afford these things? Or choose not to have them?

not for a small business (no IT) that needs productivity out of the box, the windows style...
...linux nor slackware? I'd expect to listen to a farting-while-configuring geek there?
good luck
what do you buy then?

Disable/uninstall your virus scanner, if you're the type who never installs viruses
WTF
okay, seriously now, please don't do that... not in Windows...I would be using wine if we did not have gimp.. stop whining and help them get the features you want. + we already /.ed their site...
why is this a troll now??
okay, now how can i find a anti-RSSvirus engine?? would norton work??!! someone has to let clamAV know about this...
mod this correction up so that people reading the news can also see the correction...

time for you to buy expensive, high quality tapes...
i'd like to see some picture-demonstration for the less language-savvy.
where is the foot icon above the sony icon?
I'm pretty sure msn and windows update would be in that list...
I'm glad I'm not working in your company...
:p
regedit is required. XP will pop up stuff to ask you whether you want autoplay after you do changes...
