It is possible. Just search for the page number, rip the link to the image of the page, remove the search query from the link, and you have their clean jpg scan.
Designing new areas would be quite the cool endgame for WoW lvl 60s. Unfortunately, I'm afraid that it takes too much skill and training these days to create good enough content for games like that.
Freezing the meaning of words to something specific isn't really useful. Meanings of things change trough time, newer generations see things differently. It's annoying when they force you to use old meanings of words, which don't reflect the current use by the people who use it, and ban all modern use of it.
PC here is over 2 years old, and the Vista Aero Glass thingy works perfectly here (and looks very nice, btw).
Also, the new Patience/Solitaire looks awesome!

If you say that light's speed isn't relative to the speed of the object that gives the light (I mean the total speed of the light coming from the object in relation to the complete universe), then an object would be able to pass it's own light for an unlimited time (Assuming it's relative, it would only be possible if you keep going faster and faster, btw). Planets are objects too, so if it's not relative to the speed of the object, it would either mean that our planet is the center of the universe, or that it's possible to calculate the speed the planet is moving at by using the true light speed constant and the speed of light on our planet. Also, if it were true that light speed is not relative to the total speed our planet is travelling trough the universe and our planet isn't the center of the universe, you will have light moving slower away from the planet at the point of the planet which is the direction the planet is moving in relation to the universe, and a point where the light is going a bit faster away from the planet, which is the opposite of the point that is the direction of movement in relation to the universe, the speeds of the light moving away from those points on the planet would then be able to be used to calculate the speed the planet is moving at in relation to the complete universe (which would be slower than the speed of light, then). (so all above is assuming light speed doesn't depend on the speed of the object).
If that were true, you would be able to measure the total speed of the earth in the whole universe, by checking out how the light goes here and comparing it to that constant;)
That page mixes up material with light, which is a "visual" (it is only a representation of the material, a proof of the materials existance (but yes, light is also a physical thing on it's own, but it's speed has nothing to do with ours)). Speed of light is relative to the object that gives the light. When the guy flies at speed of light to that other planet thingy, and then looks at where he came from, what he will see is indeed the same as when he launched, but that's only a "visual" representation. (imo)
So, if you leave the Earth at a high speed, turn around, and come back, you'll be in the Earth's future, but it will still be your present.
How fast would you try for that?
Nope, you can't physically travel in time.:)
But you can visually do it. Just need to travel faster than and in the same direction of the light of the object, and you'll see older light that came from that object...
Just try not to fly against the light, you might be bumping it away;p

Pfft, they should have made those questions a bit harder than that...
