The libarc project page says that the library is licensed under the BSD license. What "GPL" violation are these guys talking about?

The person referring to $50 cost in India was referring to CT scans, not MRI. MRI scans in India costs about Rs.7000 or ~175 USD on a 1.5 to 2.0 Tesla machine.
Most of those calls were made from Air-phones in the plane, NOT cellphones.
The ones that were made from cellphones were dropped pretty quickly according to the people who were called.
The total number of combinations is 11110 because you don't need to use all the available positions. For example you could just use one position to enter a number between 0-9 instead to 0009.
So the actual number of combinations is 10+100+1000+10000=11110.
Even the chief executive of the company says "all the evidence the company has indicates that the device is performing quantum computations, but he acknowledged there is some uncertainty." He also said the company could encounter problems in maintaining quantum functions as the machine is made more powerful.

Not just 3 movies. Several volume keys have been posted on Doom9 forums - last I counted there were about 30 keys posted on the Doom9 forum itself. Even better several people have figured out the way to extract the keys by themselves. The "pwn3d" software player is actually WinDVD and not PowerDVD as previously thought.
Even dedicated sites for the volume keys have sprung up.
http://www.hdkeys.com/ - This site currently has 51 keys posted - including Batman Begins, V for Vendetta etc.
Tools to extract the volume keys automatically from the sites are in the pipeline... Exciting times..
Actually it is a 0day exploit.
Though it uses the "javascript window()" vulnerability release months back, at the time it was thought to be a DoS exploit.
The information released today shows that it is remotely expoitable.
The PoC is here.

8 minutes of video compressed to run at 1 min - according to the text on the screen. So 8X-speed video.
My robot does this too....it collects data about the surrounding environment, then discards it and drives into walls.
Just like woman drivers, I guess.

Maybe we should write an open-source version of this software.
That will teach them bastards!!
But wait..... should our app detect itself??
It works for me. (FF 2.0.0.4, IE 6, XP SP2)
Close all FF windows
Open IE.
Go here http://www.xs-sniper.com/sniperscope/IE-Pwns-Fire
Click on the first link (the one which says opens cmd.exe)
It immediately opened a cmd.exe window for me.
Many people think this demo does not have anything to do with quantum computing.
