Your argument is a bit flawed in that StarCraft 2 is being made by the same makers as the first StarCraft, whereas a lot of the clones of the "classic games" are made by a wider scope of developers.
Yes StarCraft's mechanics are significantly more advanced than Pac-Man, but that doesn't really matter. Arguably, a lot of games nowadays are based heavily on StarCraft's format... but how many do you see that copy the formula exactly like many Pac-Man clones or remakes?
That is somewhat true, since 3D Realms were formly known as Apogee (still is their legal name IIRC) and the majority of the games Apogee put out were before ESRB even existed. Even after ESRB's founding, 3D Realms (amongst others) put games under a different rating system (RSAC) for a couple years.
I'm getting a slight graphical error of what I would assume is a CSS error. I tried it out in Firefox but not Opera - only shows up in Opera. What happens is that the coloured bar doesn't completely wrap around when viewing in a non-fullscreen mode.
Since I keep my taskbar at the side and off auto-hide, it's a constant error. Also happens if I decide to view the page in windowed mode: screenshot. There are also other wrapping issues in Opera =\
Wow, talk about ironic. Vista is locked down with DRM, yet the magic code to cracking the DRM on HD-DVDs is discovered using Microsoft products like the Xbox...
Since Korea is the worldwide capitol of Starcraft players.
Though it's completely off-topic, I'd like to correct you on your use of "capitol". The correct word you're looking for is capital (derived from the Latin word "caput", meaning "head"), unless Starcraft is somehow very political in nature.
Actually, "pwned" is a (usually on purpose) typo of "owned", since on a standard QWERTY keyboard, P and O are beside each other.
I believe that this originated with WarCraft. In multiplayer, a typo for "own" was made: "playerX pwns playerY" or something similar (not sure on this myself, as I've never played WarCraft - it's just what I've heard).
Of course, it could have originated as a common typo, but that's an interesting story behind it =)
There is so much crap tacked around the buddy and message windows that it is almost unusable.
I've noticed this as well. All of the stuff that is shoved onto the MSN windows is stupid and useless. You could use A-Patch to solve this problem. It can clean up the crappy and bloated MSNM appearance.

Or you could just attach a two button mouse via a USB port...

There's always the option of changing 'index.html' to 'print.html' on the URL.
