    Do you by any chance use Internet Explorer for surfing? Try Mozilla. I've been using it for ages now, and I've never had spyware.

    It seems to me that if the power usage of those LEDs is much lower than that of a bulb, then yes, there is a very good chance of the LEDs being less damaging to the environment.

    Don't underestimate the power savings you can achieve over a ten year period.

    If the rating preference (delete UCE, receive SCE, receive Personal) are stored server-side, the email server could, as soon as it figures out the remote side is trying to send UCE, close the connection with a "DON'T BOTHER" error message.

    I think the length of the account name is most important. For each character added to the account name, the total number of names increases by a factor of [number of allowed characters in an email address].

    Just imagine: your neighbour gets home late at night, but he's at the wrong house, and sees you in what he thinks is his house, and think you're a burglar, while he's actually at the wrong house! He might mistakenly think he has the right to shoot you in the back!

    The biggest problem with guns is that they don't have an Undo function.

    You're comparing apples and oranges. You're comparing a movie showing to a music recording. You should be comparing a movie showing to a musical performance such as a concert.

    That way, you can also compare the DVD or DivX version of a movie to the MP3 or OGG version of a piece of music.

    Oh, wait, I get it: they'll tie you to a bomb, and let it explode. If you die in the explosion, you were innocent, and if you don't die, you're a terrorist!!

    The concept of justice is built on the foundation that everyone has certain rights when suspected of a crime. Else, where will the line be drawn? What if you were suspected?

    Actually, their secret masterplan is to get every object imaginable in the USA banned under the DMCA by applying it in some access control breaking scheme, and so turn the USA into a third world country without anything! They've already succeeded with things like modchips, black markers. Post-it notes might be next, but first in line are USB memory cards!

    Oh wait, the copyright holders will still be able to use these objects, and thus the entire USA will be dominated by the Copyright Cartels!

    Since the email address the complaint was sent from is invalid, the headers are forged, which makes it look like spam to me.
