I do. Why not? There will always be 'that guy' who gets a boner by accumulated 30 years worth of music for free. There will always be people who will spend time actively seeking out the illicit downloads, even though a legit one of the same thing is $1.50 and they could get it in less time. These people have massive amounts of disposable time.

Not mention that fact that, when getting torrent'ed files, there's always a risk of malware and whatnot. Of course, there is a marginally risk with legit purchases too, but corporation can be (and have been) successfully censured or sued for doing so. Despite my best efforts I have not been able to serve papers to warexluvrr69 who recent gave me digital herpes.

Gee thanks, but my son lost his vision.
Oh. Um, well....maybe you would like it instead?

But I thought the only people crying for this were the American soccer Mom's and their elected officials. Who cares what other countries do? Regarding defining porn, that is a sticky wicket to be sure. I imagine it would function somewhat like Google search results or spam filtering. The easy stuff would be auto-filtered out, and maybe there could be some kind of toolbar that would allow folks to 'flag' other sites as porn. If enough flags come in, it's blocked until it starts using the xxx.

I think it's the overt, broad-based sexuality that would qualify a site. People get turned on by just about anything (Rule 34), but the lowest common denominator is humans engaged in overt sex acts (with each other, with animals, alone, etc.). Start selling such for money, and it becomes a porn site.

It takes a level a maturity to save 10% of ones income for such an event. That maturity comes with parental training. And if the parents are 3rd generation povery, good luck.

Let them go get a hot meal at a local missing (government subsidized) or get into some transitional housing. Not everyone can play the 'noble hobo' role. Something as simple as diabetes means refusing government help after a reversal of fortune is a pretty quick death sentence.
