    Unless you look at it from the "unless you meet these requirements, you will not be happy with your out-of-the-box experience." perspective.

    This way you can download the tool and bitch about the requirements, or you can just buy vista and bitch about the performance, or you can do it /. style and do both.

    It isn't unregistered machines... its "not genuine", unactivated and/or pirated copies that can't get freebies. Even pirated copies of XP can get critical (and by the way, automatic) updates. You may want to have some basic understanding of your own question before you start demanding things.

    its *never* a Firefox problem. 40% of the net doesn't work in Firefox because those webmasters don't know how to code. We need to force webmasters to change their pages instead of forcing competing browsers to provide comparable performance.
