I agree, but word it slightly differently.
Make it so that it bans that which cannot be undone without professional help, and will not go away on its own.
Hmm, really? VIP, thats a good idea for an acronym, perfectly untaken, and can't be confused with anything else, its too bad there wasn't a Very Important Person that decided that VIP should become the acronym for Voice over internet protocol.
Err, less durable than dvds? dude, I've had CDs take real beatings and whatnot, and they remained playable, DVDs ont he other hand complain loudly from the smallest scratch it seems.
Ya, because it's not like english has a bunch of non fonetic (phonetic) words that make it hard to spel (spell), only a roag (rogue) would be evil enough to make words easier to mispel (misspell). I shal (shall) continue this conversation when I finish climing (climbing) this rok (rock).
The MMOG called A Tale In the Desert 2 has an especialy unique social structure due to the game not being based on combat, but rather on cooperation to advance society.
Take for example the test of friendship, to pass it (IIRC), you must bury money in the presence of 10 people (who you trust), thus those people know where the money is, and could dig it up and steal it, and you would never know who did it, unless you caught them in the act (unlikely). If the money is still there after a week, you pass the test. Think about that social structure;)

Hey some games have lots of cutscenes, some have few. RPGs require more cutscenes than other genres, but having too many/too few is bad for any genre.
But, there is a huge difference between a CGI cutscene and a real-time cutscene. Always keep that in mind when talking about cutscenes.

New medicines are needed and are helpful. I had my brother die at the age of three seven years ago. Today he would have lived, those new medicines are needed to help everyone live. Would you rather be on a deathbed dying from an illness you have no chance against, or having a chance against that illness?
The chaos can be explained easily.
Either it was unintentional and got out of hand.
Or we finally have a group that understands something.
That which governs best governs least. Or they just let it do its own thing, and I think it turned out quite nicely.
Really, DRM is neccecary nowadays, or so companies think. I believe that this is here just to please stockholders. Why else would they impliment DRM? Google would probably be the corporation that knows the futility of DRM the best, or so I would have thought.
Remember how the Sims 2 was with its DRM, it was broken even before The Sims 2 came out, and not to mention that the DRM on Sims 2 prevented many legitimate purchasers from playing. It was irony at its finest when the DRM forced people to pirate the game that they legitimately bought to play the game.
Was the contract signed during a time in which one could even imagine music without physical media though?
