    Nothing was broken or damaged so it really isn't vandalism (to me at least).

    The screws they used caused damage to the wall. Someone is going to have to fill those holes and repaint the wall. Although that wall is probably scheduled to be painted white in the near future.

    It is easy to thwart this attack, require a password in addition to a one time use RSA SecurID. eBay, PayPal, WoW and several banks already use this method of authentication.

    The Federal Government did get involved with this issue when mail order catalogs first appeared, it was ruled that it is each states responsibility to collect this own sales taxes. This is why you are supposed to pay your state a "Use" tax for all out of state purchases each year when you do your taxes.

    No, you were in a category of users who were offered to have the mainboard replaced, for free, even if your warranty had expired. Iirc Lenovo is still repairing systems that had one of these defective chips, free of charge.

    I've been told by the board of directors at a local hospital that it's not safe for me to go to their hospital any more over a billing dispute. If I ever have to deal with a doctor again, I'll be calling my lawyer, because after the threats I've received (on recordings I'd subpeona), I think it'd be easy for me to win malpractice against any area hospital.

    BULLSHIT! No doctor or board of directors for a hospital would be so stupid to open themselves up to the lawsuit such an admission would bring down upon them. Not to mention the loss of their license to practice medicine that would result from such a comment.

    Passing the MCAT does not give one a license to practice medicine, it only allows them to get into medical school.

    Except the MCAT doesn't give you a license, it is an entrance exam to medical school. Cheating on it is similar to cheating on the SAT.

    I didn't know that SpaceX was in the ICBM business. These are rockets that we have now, and we do not even need to human rate them in order to use them for launching cargo into space, although man ratings are under way.

    Constellation was canceled, Orion is still alive as it is the very vehicle. Orion is officially known as the MPCV (Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle).
