    You're missing my point, the Officer I quoted does not believe there was criminal intent, this isn't about the person charged trying to weasel out of it. This is about someone of authority admitting that the person charged meant no harm, yet they still want to punish them as if they did mean harm.

    This sounds a little like a sham to get people to pay hundreds of dollars for a "special key".
    A friend of mine dropped her keys off the side of a boat & the dealership tried to slap her for $500 for a new set.

    A few calls later, the price dropped drasticly.

    When I was in 5th grade, I waited untill the last minute to do my science project.
    My mom & her friend decided I was going to see which brand of ketchup dripped the slowest.

    I'm proud to say, Heinz ketchup dripped the slowest & thus was the thickest ketchup.


    Mark me whatever you want, but this is proof that my shitty last minute science project was truely ahead of its' time & I should have got a fucking A++. :)
