    Without actually hacking in & getting hold of data to begin with, they can not honestly state any statistics.
    They can only speculate without actual data.
    So unless they're full of shit to begin with, they've already done somthing unethical.

    If philosophy came before science, then science must be the philosophy of a philosopher.

    They've obviously not considered the impact this could have on driving while using your cellphone.

    Take a trip with me into the future & meet Marcie, Marcie is deaf & uses a sign language enabled cellphone.

    While driving on the highway (yeah, still no flying cars), Marcies husband signs to her over the phone that he wants a divorce so he can marry his secretary.
    She swerves slightly due to her shock.
    I, being the cautious driver I am ahead of her, look in my rearview mirror at the moment she happens to flip her husband the finger before hanging up on him.
    I, being unaware that Marcie is deaf & using her sign phone, say "oh hell no !" & lock up my brakes.
    Since Marcie wasn't wearing her seatbelt when she slammed into the back of my car she was ejected through the windshield & now is not only deaf, but paralysed.

    There is a somewhat happy ending to this story though, since I live in Florida, there was no legal excuse for Marcie to rearend me & I got 10 million dollars out of the money she gets in her divorce.

    It shows that nobody is capable of comming up with an original idea anymore, not that the patent system discourages innovation.

    Think about it, if it infringes on a patent, aka somthing that's been thought of before, how can it be innovative ?

    The company behind the latest You Tube video sensation would like you to know this: It was never the intention to portray anything other than a dramatization.

    In that case, I suppose they'll understand if I create videos that make it appear products like theirs ruined my life, dropping hints to make people think of their products & post them in the same mannor as their videos.

    Afterall, it's only a dramatization.

    Sad thing is, I'm willing to bet I'd have cease and desist or face legal consequences letters sent to me faster than I could imagine by doing so.
