That's true enough, but also there is a huge unrealistic idea that they can just sweep the country of their feet by winning the general election.
Its not going to happen that way, they way the social democrats and labor parties got credibility(hell even the communists enjoyed some outside of the Warsaw pact for a brief time ) was to work upwards doing stuff locally.

Now, I'm not expert on local and regional politics in the states, but it seems to me all the ho-ha from the libertarians comes from getting Ron Paul nominated for the presidency.

But..did you drink low fat milk or whole milk.

For me that's the whole difference(though its been a while since I've drunk raw milk, even with subsidies most farmers in Norway still needs a second job so...now its strawberries instead).

Now getting raw milk which is only days old, sold locally should be permissible i think, the moment the distribution get more ambitious, even slightly...then NO.

I don't like the idea of people in cities should be able to pick unprocessed bacterial cultures from the local supermarket

    For goodness sake.

I can certainly agree that the left/right mentality is a problem, but you CERTAINLY aren't helping defusing the mindset by throwing around terms like Marxism and Fascism.

Marxism isn't even an ideology...its an dusty old academic discipline, and as much I loathe the flag waving populists is see over there..they don't come close to the level of nationalism and militarism back then.

What I would call left/right( socialist/liberals(libertarian or whatnot)) haven't gone in any diverging or paralleled directions...they have met in the middle.
Social-democrats and social-liberals(freemarket with safetynests) are just being boring and arguing over details...there is no grand ideological battles taking place.

The best way to start out in 3D is memorize a bunch of API methods whose input are whisked away( presumable to help fuel Neo's Kung-Fu abilities as he fights AIs in the matrix stack)?

After you create uniforms calls for light vectors and matrix arrays...and placed a simple array of floats to draw elements(hopefully appreciating the finesse of data type sizes in the process)....you'll feel like Buddha when you realize how it all comes together when you do the simple vertex transformations in the shader.

Now obviously for a beginner that's alot to handle, and there are alot of utility libraries that can do the math for you.(and getting result back quickly is the best motivation there it, no doubt)
But even with that you are MUCH more intimate with the mechanics then reading 100 times over about what the fixed functions methods do in the background.

Also...Now one should have to go through the mental anguish of porting your data structures to attribute arrays and IBOs, while crying over the loss of glMaterial()!

No! Really directing people to NeHe should be a crime against humanity!
