When you make a copy of a friends Cd you are not stealing from your friend (duh!). You are stealing from the artist whose work you are copying. Paris is killed on his wedding night when Belana (sp?) gets a little over excited and accidently breaks his neck. In a fit of depression she kills herself while trying to expunge her guilt through painful Klingon rituals.
Neelix disapears one day and no one bother to investigate. We never do find out what happens to him.

Before you start giving out information like this learn a few things before you get people in jail.

This for is an affidavit. 4: Any contested charges are investigated and action is taken on a per item level.
A few points to consider: In regards to action 2, any legit charges that have not finalized on card x (the lost/stolen one) WILL hit card y (the new one).
On point 3, if you lie on the affidavit you WILL be charged with credit card fraud. Your credit rating will go right down the shitter and you will probably go to court and jail.
I work for the IS department of a Credit Union. Part of my job requires me to work very closely with the credit/collectios department.
