actually most file sharing is legit, particularly on bittorrent. Legit torrents absolutely dwarf anything thepiratebay or any other tracker does.
check out bt.etree.org for some rather large files as a simple example. World of warcraft, huge amounts of data... in their updates.

this would block cellphones, not pagers... and there is a reason you have a pager not a cell, because pagers are reliable, cell phones are not.
So someone provides some original content to make money? whats the big deal...

that puts stipulations on USE. Hell there is absolutely no EULA in most OSS. Because the license does not in any way matter to someone simply using the software...
However, read a real EULA in commercial software....
